Friend Zone (Ross Lynch/R5 fanfic)

Chapter 4

"Rocky seriously what did you say?" I saw Rocky biting his  bottom lip and pointed.

"Oh look Menchies!" He dragged my arm to the bowls.I filled my bowl with my toppings and got Ross' for him. 

"Rocky just because you got distracted  does-" I started to say before I was cut off.

"Oh my God! You are Rocky Lynch." Oh dear here we go.

"Why yes I am." Rocky leaned on the counter and winked at the girl behind it, and there it is. Rocky Lynch everybody the biggest flirt I know.

"Rocky would you stop flirting and pay for my ice cream since you won't tell me what you said." the girl looked at me skeptically, and gave me a dirty look. "You have a problem?" I gave her a little to much attitude.

"Calm down kitty" I looked at Rocky. Who was laughing. He used to call me 'Kitty' when  we were younger cause I used to carry my stuffed cat "GG" around that is how I got the name "Gee" from Ross.

"Shhh" I placed my finger across his lips "My name is sparticous" Rocky starts to laugh.

"Fine. I will pay." He laughed. "Here you go beautiful." He hands the cashier the money. He then pulls out a pen and grabs a napkin from the dispencer. He started to write his number. How did I know this would happen. "Call me" he winked at the girl and handed her the napkin. Rocky and I headed out the door I turned around slightly to say thank you but instead I got the birdy. Well that was mature. I pushed the door open, to go outside. "I will see you when you get back with Ross?" Rockyu questioned.

"Yeah, we may come back before we go out tonight so he can get changed." He nodded.

"Are you staying the night?" I nodded.

"Yeah I think Jess is coming too." A smile plastered on his face.

"Riker is going to like that." I laughed. 

"Oh I know." I winked. "Alright I will see you later Rocky." I hugged him. 

"Okay love you Kitty." he hugged back.

"Love you too Rock." I turned on my left heel and headed towards the bench and sat down. I called the cab and they were on their way.

When I got to the Austin & Ally studio the lady at the front desk gave me a dirty look. "Name?" she pushed up her thick red rimmed glass on the  bridge of her nose. Belive or not this is the first time I have actually come to the set, I could come anytime, but I like giving him his work space, but he broke his foot, and I was getting him ice cream.

"Kayla Miller. I should be under for Ross"  she raised her eyebrow then looked me over and scuffed. "Do you have a problem with me?" I pointed.

"I am tired of fans coming in here for Ross or the others." she pointed at me.

"Well I am not a fan. I am Ross' best friend." she looked at me increduliously. "Okay maybe I am a fan but I am also his best friend I know things about him not even his own parents know so can I please just go see him. She looked through the pappers.

"You are lucky that its has a picture of you and him. Go ahead." she pointed to the back I walked quickly to the set and pushed open the door where they were filming so I snuck around to his room, where I have been once when Ross the rest of R5 , Jess and I ave help him painted his room. I sat down on the yellow couch with pink pillows. I laughe cause they were th pillows from my bed. I sat there for about five minutes, before someone walked in it was Ross who had his back turn.

"Hey good looking." he jumped.

"Oh my God. Gee!' he grabbed his chest. "You scared me." he walked over and sat next to me." I giggled.

"Here you go." I handed him his ice cream "It is kind of melted by now." He shrugged and put it in his freezer. 

"By time I am done filming it should be frozen again" he sat back next to me and wrapped his arm around my shoulders. "Thanks beautiful." I laid my head on his shoulder. " We still need to talkm about earlier."

"Yeah we do." I sat up and laid my legs of his theighs. "How is your foot?" I rested my head on the back of the couch.

"Could be better, they had to change the script a lot cause of it." he sighed. "They were pissed." 

"Why? Accidents happen." I stated. "Plus it was my fault." I closed my eyes.

"Kayla. It was not your fault. I tripped." I rolled my eyes

"If it wasn't for me being stubborn and getting pissed at you, you wouldn't have to chase after me to apoligize which-" Ross clasped his hand over my mouth.

"Shut up. It wasn't your falut." I licked his hand. "Kayla really? You thought that would have worked?" I shurgge dmy shoulders.

"Maybee" I mumbled into his hand. We heard a knock on the door then a girl stepped in. 

"Hey Ross, we need you -" she stopped. "Oh sorry."  I licked his hand again.

"Erm fer" I tried mumbling "It's fine" but epicallly failed.

"Fine I will let go for now." Ross removed his hand. I stuck out my tounge.

"You are a bully." I turned to the brunette. "Hi I am Kayla Ross'"

"Oh my God ! You are Kayla? I am Laura his co-star. I have heard so much about you! He never shuts up.1" she hugged me. I looked at Ross who was red. 

"Awe is my Rossy getting embaressed?" I pinched his cheeks. "Oh just go. I am going to play on your phone." he gave me a look. "Hey I have to beat our score." he laughed and tossed me his phone. "Nice lock screen" he laughed. It was a picture of Ross and I when we were in first grade when I typed in the code the wallpaper was us a couple days ago on his hammock when we fell asleep I clicked on the 'Doodle Jump' app. I looked at Ross who was starring at me. "may I help you?" He shook his head. "Go shoo!" I laughed.

"You know I like her Ross." Laura laughed. "You should have her come more often." 

"I want her too." he walked out. What? Why has he never told me? Laura sat next to me and smiled.

"You know he loves you right." I looked up and blushed, 

"No he doesn't." I tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. "Well at least not in the way I want him too." I looked at the picture frame on his desk, it was a best friends frame I gave him three years ago after we made up frrom our fight. 

"Oh trust me he does." She pattedmy knee and walked out of the room. What is that supposed to mean?

A/N: Hey guys another chapter for you I may update againg today! who knows? I am really in a writing mood. May update Careless Man's Careful Daughter. That book is for my best friend Jess and she has been sick. So for her I may update. Hopefully it will makeher smile(:
