Authors note: okay so I always wondered what happened after Hans and the soldiers came to Elsa's castle and that whole battle thing happened then she fell running from being hit by the chandelier so here is a Hans POV and some Hans character development. And DO NOT I repeat DO NOT assume that this Helsa! (Sorry for all you Helsa shoppers but I do not ship it.). Now on with the chapter.
Hans POV
The castle walls turned from yellow to dark blue. Shards of ice were everywhere. There beneath my feet lied the Queen of Arendelle. Unconscious after her serious fall. Her dress was a glittering light blue. She looked tired, maybe some sleep would do her good. I looked around the soldiers all looking at me asking what they should do. I could get used to this I thought.
For once people were listening to me. For once I was in charge. For once I was hope. Not some invisible boy. The last prince. The forgotten royal child.
"Men put these traitors in shackles for intending to murder the queen." I commanded.
They did as I said. Another occurrence I was unfamiliar with.
"Now the queen will ride with me. Until we find princess Anna she will have to be put in separate quarters of the dungeon with cuffs over her hands for her own protection and ours." I said.
"Yes Prince Hans." They said.
I lifted the queen ever so gently and placed her in front of my horse. While I rode behind her to make sure she wouldn't fall over. Hopefully she wouldn't wake up.
We rode down the mountain going back towards Arendelle. The snow had stopped falling but there was plenty of it in the ground.
It took less time then it did to get back. We arrived at the castle gates.
"I shall escort the queen to her cell. We shall get some food and water and heat before we return to search for the princess." I said.
A servant showed me the way to a separate cell in the dungeon. It had windows unlike the dungeon itself. It's walls were still grey bricks but it was decent enough considering it was a place for prisoners.
"Thank you sir," I said.
"Excuse me Prince Hans but I know I'm in no position but I pray that you do not hurt the queen for what she has done. I know what she has done but she is a good person. She's been locked up her whole life. Her parents barely had her out of her room. She's just frightened."
"Thank you sir, I understand I will try my best to see that she is taken care of,"
The servant left. I put her down on the little bed and locked the shackles that covered her power wielding hands. She was still knocked out cold. She was very unlike her sister, from what I'd seen. She would've made a fine queen.
"Oh Elsa if only you hadn't been so stubborn. I have a feeling we were a lot alike as children. We were both closed off from our family's only you chose to be and I was forced to be. Elsa you had family who loved you and you threw that all away just because you had powers? At least your family loved you for who you were. At least they didn't shut you out like you were invisible. No, you were the one to shut the door. Well now I'm going to take what you always had but were never grateful for. Power and Loyalty."
I put the cotton blanket over her.
"Goodnight queen Elsa. I shall see you when you wake." I said.
Later.....
Elsa POV
I woke up to my head spinning. I motioned my arms to rub my eyes but I couldn't. My hands were shackled to a wall. I sat up and saw I was in the dungeon only I had been given one with windows.
I looked out and saw the snow storm I had created. The fjord was indeed frozen and ships were iced within it.
"What have I done?" I asked myself.
How did I get here? Who put me here? Where was Anna? Where was.....Jack.?
The door opened and I saw Prince Hans. Now I remembered, they had come for me in my castle.
"Hans you have to let me go." I pleaded.
"Elsa I can't do that....."
"But it's not safe for me to be here. I am a dangerous hazard. I could hurt someone you saw what I did to those men! I could've killed them!"
"But you didn't. Arendelle needs you." He said.
"No they need someone who they can't be afraid of. They need Anna." I replied.
"Princess Anna has not returned."
"What?!"
"She went looking for you and she has not yet returned."
"Hans you have to find her she's not like me she can't survive in this winter! Shes with our....our..brother Jack. You have to let me go so I can't hurt anyone."
"You have a brother?" Hans asked.
"Yes he's our older brother Jack, he's...he's like me he can survive ice. But more importantly Anna can't. You have to get her away from me and away from Jack before she's put in danger again,"
"We will find her and your brother...If only you could stop this winter."
"Don't you see...I can't. That's why you have to tell them to let me go." I replied.
"I'll try everything I can." He replied and left.
Oh Anna wherever you are I hope your safe.....safe from me and the cold.
Hans POV
I wasn't expecting an older brother. If the kingdom finds out they'll have no choice but to declare him as the rightful ruler. I shall have to dispose of him as well.....if he's like Elsa I'll have to weaken him emotionally like her, before he can strike. Well Prince Jack.....prepare to meet your match.
