Chapter 2

Thalia's P.O.V

Once we get to the school parking lot, my sister literally jumps out of the car. Before she goes, she looks back at me and says "don't talk to me unless you have to today. I don't need you to ruin my reputation here." And with that, she was gone.

I thought that was my line?

As I am walking into school, the first bell goes off telling me that I have four minutes till class.

Shit. I am going to be so late!

I ran to my locker and started putting my stuff away and grabbing my stuff for my next three classes. It means a notebook, a pen, headphones, my phone, and my laptop.

The first warning bell sounded and almost nobody was in the halls. Only stragglers were left. I started to half walk half jog to my class when all of a sudden all my stuff was on the floor along with me.

"Fuck. I am so sorry. I am new here and I am running late to class and I wasn't paying attention to where I was going. Here, let me help you."

When I look up, I see a guy with a SnapBack, a lip piercing, and some beautiful blue eyes. We stare at each other for at least a minute before the second warning bell sounds.

Damn. How much of a creep can I be.

I notice that he is still looking at me with those blue eyes and I can't help but blush.

"I have to go, but one more thing. What's your name?"

"Luke. Now how about you?"

"I'm Thalia. I have to run but I hope to see you around Luke."

I grabbed my things and headed to class. I walked in right when the bell rang and walked over to the open seat next to my friend Adrian. For the rest of class, she wouldn't stop asking me why I was late or how my summer was. I wouldn't answer her because all I could think about were those blue eyes.

Oh god. What is going on with me?

Luke's P.O.V

I am running through the halls right now trying to find my class, when I feel someone run into me and hear a loud crash. I am just about to snap, but then I see its a girl.

She is so beautiful. More beautiful than any other girl I have ever seen. But, man, is she short.

"Fuck. I am so sorry. I am new here and I am running late to class and I wasn't paying attention to where I was going. Here, let me help you."

All I can so is stare. All she can do is stare. The bell sounded again snapping me out of our trance. She must have realized that we were staring at each other because she is getting all flustered.

"I have to go, but one more thing. What's your name?"

She wants to know my name?

"Luke. Now how about you?"

Did I really ask her like that?

"I'm Thalia. I have to run but I hope to see you around Luke."

She then grabbed her stuff and walk/ran to her class

Damn. What is going on with me?

Sorry I have been gone for a while. I have no excuse other than procrastination and writers block. I was also a little bit sick for a week. School is coming to an end for summer next week so I hope to update mor often after next week.
