Anyways, that was just a treat, but now back to the story.

Luke's P.O.V.

It's about 5 in the morning and I am sitting in bed wide awake. I didn't sleep all weekend knowing what I was going to do today. I was going to ask Thalia out on a date. I didn't know why I was so nervous, but I am hoping she will say yes. If she says no, I will die. Or transform. Both are awful.

I sit there thinking for almost two more hours. When I look at the clock, it reads 7am, meaning school time.

"Sweetheart. Are you ready yet? You need to get going. Don't want to be late now do you?"

"Coming mom."

I ran down the stairs wearing my ripped black skinnies, black Vans, my red and black flannel, and a black beanie.

"Your really wearing that to school?"

"Yes mom. I am wearing my favorite clothing to school."

"Alright. At least grab an apple before you go, alright?"

"Ok. Gotta go. Bye."

"Bye. And text me if your going to be late today, ok?"

"Ok."

It was cold outside. It felt like it was going to rain.

Great. The rain might just ruin my plan.

I get into my car and drive off to school hoping that this will work.

Once I get there, I instantly see Thalia getting out of her car with her sister. I walk over to her car and waited for her and her sister to stop arguing.

"Why can't you just accept that I am my own person and you cannot keep telling me what to do?"

"Because Tameron, you are 14 and if mom and dad aren't around, I am in charge, got that? And remember, you can't go out for a month with out my permission, alright? Don't keep making me worry about you."

"You don't fucking have to. I am an adult and you can't keep telling me what to do."

And with that, Tameron walked away.

"Hey Thalia. What was that all about?"

"My sister was being a bitch. Nothing to worry about. So what's up?"

"Would you like skip school with me today and go on a date or are you not that kind of girl?"

"I would love to. Not having to see anybody else today would be amazing and I might have been waiting for you to ask me out."

"Then I will drive."

The date was amazing. We went to the Sydney Opera House, we took a tour of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and for lunch we went to the Azuma Japanese restaurant. Now I am on my way to take her back to her car. It is about 3:30pm, meaning the end of school in about ten minutes.

"I had a lot of fun today Luke. You know just how to make a fun first date. How did you do all of that. "

"Let's just say that Ash, Cal, and Mikey helped me out."

"Well tell them thank you from me."

"I will defenetaly. Will you go out on another date with me, planned by me on Friday?"

"Of course. Thank you for everything Luke. See you tomorrow."
