Full Moon Over-Head(5SOS Luke Werewolf Fanfic)

Chapter 19

Here is a new part.  I had a hard time writing this, so if there is something wrong with it I am going to cry.

Luke's P.O.V.

"Get back inside Thalia."

"No. Not until you tell me what is going on."

Marisa is all of a sudden on my back and digging her nails into my chest and trying to scratch my throat out.

"LUKE!"

I somehow got her off my back and turned to attack her. Melrose was stood between the two of us for no good reason.

"My creations will not fight like this. Luke, you became weak. I am disappointed in you."

"You have no idea how strong I really am Melrose."

Zayn and Perrie must have noticed all the anger rising in my body because they were soon at my sides holding me back. I couldn't stop the transformation. I let it take over my body and my mind. Normally transforming is painful without the help of a full moon, but if your angry enough or stressed enough, sometimes it happens painlessly. It still takes me a minute to change, unlike Melrose who can change in seconds.

"Well well, look who is trying to look like the tough guy. Good luck."

She changed before everybody's eyes, not caring who see's. I am half way through my transformation when she lunges at me with her teeth blaring. Attacking a wolf who is changing is one of their most vulnerable times. She got a hold of my neck and started to rip at the skin. Just as I was blacking out, I felt a weight being lifted off of my chest.

The last thing I remember is seeing all of my friends faces looking over my almost lifeless body.

Thalia's P.O.V.

"LUKE!"

Perrie and Zayn tried to get the creature off of Luke's neck, but they couldn't do it.  Then I saw something that I never thought would happen.  Perrie changed into the same thing that was hanging onto Luke's neck.  She attacked the creature, and almost won, until she backed off.  The creature was now back to human, looking more angry than ever.

"You bitch.  I almost had him.  I almost killed him again.  Why do you people think it's ok to do these kinds of things."

Soon after that, Perrie was back to human form looking ready to kill.

"You will not hurt my friend, or any of them for that matter.  Get out of here Melrose, before I call Louis.  You don't want another alpha on your hands, do you?"

"Fine, but just remember.  I will be back to spill blood.  Watch your backs.  All of you.  Especially you Thalia.  Remember me."

And with that, she was gone.  Her and her other companion disappeared so fast that I barely noticed they were here a minute ago.  

I was frozen.  I didn't want to move, or even look down for that matter.  I didn't want to see the boy I really like lying on the ground with blood gushing out of his neck.  I didn't want to see him dying.

"Thalia, we need your car.  Please.  Thalia look at me."

I nodded, walking back to the doors of the school, everybody staring at me.  I walked past all of the eyes, to my locker.  Aria came running up to me.  Her words were muted, just like all of the noise in the school.  

"Thalia.  Thalia, what happened out there.  And why are you grabbing yours and Luke's bag."

His name.  His name, the one I liked, the one dying out on the football field.  I needed to get out of there.  I needed to get to him.  Now.

"I will explain everything later, ok?  I have to go."

I started to pick up my pace, almost at a running speed.  I new everybody could see what was going on.  They could see Zayn, Ashton, Michael, and Calum carrying Luke's lifeless body to my car.  Some were horrified and others confused as to what was going on.

"I got my keys.  Ashton, can you drive.  I wanna be with Luke."

"Sure.  No problem."

I slid into the seat, his head resting on my lap.  The car started to move out of the parking lot.  I could see the other boy's cars and even Luke's car leaving as well, following us.

I looked down at his face, not caring if blood got onto my clothing.  I couldn't hold the tears back anymore.  Seeing him in the state he was, he looked so peaceful, yet strained all at the same time.  I leaned close to his ear, hoping he would here me in his slumber.

"Luke.  Luke, I need you to be ok, alright?  I need you to live for me.  I want to see your beautiful eyes again.  Please, Luke.  I need you.  I need you alive."

When I looked up, I saw the street we were on.

"Ashton.  Were going in the opposite direction of the Hospital.  Why?"

"We are going the opposite way because we are going to my house.  We are not going to the Hospital. Not for this anyways."

"Why not?  He is dying.  Do you want him to die?"

"No.  I will explain everything later.  Just trust me on this one."

I didn't say another word.  He sounded scared.  I can't contradict him right now.  I just want Luke to be ok.  I want him to be ok; I need him to be ok.  I need him to be ok, because if he isn't, I don't know what I would do.

I don't know about how I feel about this chapter, but I hope it is not too confusing. I am going back and refining the whole book when I get finished with it. I promise. I also promise that I will actually write him transforming at some point before this book ends.
