trouble making tweens

it all happened so fast, max pushed you back and stuck a needle inside of billy's neck.

billy stood up fast staring at max then staring at you

he pulled out the needle and winced in pain,

he walked towards max, "the hell is this?" he asks with a slur in his voice, he fell to the ground and started laughing.

"for now on you leave me and my friends alone. do you understand?" max said while grabbing a bat

"max!" you said grabbing her by the arm but she shook you off.

her friends and you stood in complete confusion on what would happen next,

"screw you" billy said groggily.

"leave me and my friends alone!"
max screams "do you understand?"

"i said do you understand?!" max screamed "say it! SAY IT"

billy licked his lips, "i understand"

"WHAT?" max screamed again

"i understand" billy said trying to be louder

he looked over at you with heavy eyes and then fell unconscious.

"grab the other needle!" mike yelled at max from the other side of the room, making your head snap his way

a sharp pain soon hit your neck making you cry out in pain

"fuck!" you cry as you pull out the needle, "why would you do that ma-ax" you start slurring

"you'll see" she says as she crouches down next to you grabbing your shoulder, "but night night for now" her voice fades out and everything goes black.

*time skip like 20 minutes*

"it's okay you couldn't pick a fight, he kicked your ass but you put up a good fight buddy you're alright buddy" you hear dustin say then steve groan in pain

"okay you're gonna keep straight for half a mile, then make a left" lucas says

"whatt" steve's eyes widen,
your eyes felt heavy, so you couldn't see what was happening

"what's going on?" steve says quietly

"oh my god! oh my god!" he yells,
"steve, steve relax she's driven before" dustin says with a calm voice

"yeah! but in a parking lot" mike says with a tone in his voice, "max?" you mumble
"yeah that counts mike" dustin says as steve keeps yelling 'oh my god' over and over

"is max driving" you mumble
"yes" lucas says from the front of the car, "oh my god!" you mumble a bit louder as the car speeds up faster, you now saying 'oh my god' like steve had before,

"what's going on!" steve shouts as the car goes even faster.

"wooooooooah stop the car! stop the car! slow down" steve says as he grips onto your arm when the car goes more faster than before

"i told you they would freak out!" mike yelled to dustin, "stop the car!" steve yells again, "i'm driving shut up! i'm trying to focus!" max screams

"make a left!"

"what?!"

"turn left!"

suddenly the car jolted the left, everyone was now yelling and screaming.

"stop driving!" you managed to yell out

"we're nearly there!!"

your eyes finally opened wide as the care was jolting side to side as max was trying to drive straight

*time skip again i'm sorry*

dustin and mike helped steve and you out of the car, both of you leaned on each other and the car door for support.

"we're not going down there! do i make myself clear!" steve yelled.
"what is going on" you ask in a slur

"hey there is no chance we're going into that hole, alright!" steve yelled again as the kids were pulling out ropes, a lighter and gasoline from out of the trunk

"i'll explain everything when this is over y/n, i promise" max says to you

"you bet you will max" you say trying to have aggression in your voice but it turned into stutters and slurs

"this ends right now!" steve stinks over to the trunk and pulls the gasoline away from dustin, leaving you leaning on the car door

"now i know you promised nance you'd keep us safe" dustin says as he pulls something out from the trunk, "so keep us safe" dustin puts a bat in steve's hand

steve sighs and shakes his head, he grips the bat and walks over to you

"stay in the back seat y/n"

"no i'm coming"

"no you're not pretty lady"

"why not" you pout

"because this is dangerous and you know nothing about what's about to happen"

"please steve i-"

"no y/n, i love you too much to put you in danger"

your eyes widened, steve harrington just said 'i love you' to you.

"i love you too" you speak softly as you get into the back seat "stay safe harrington"

"you too hargrove, lock the car doors" he smiles and walks to the hole the kids were heading down to.

"keep max safe!" you call out as he enters the hole.

you shut the car doors and lock them, you lay down on the back seats and fall into a sleeping haze
