"if we didn't move to hawkins" kept playing over and over in your head as you walked towards your locker, steve was there with his friends

"hey" steve said as you stood by him, "hey" you smile at him then look at his friend, "hi guys" you says and they smile at you

"has anyone seen my son?" a woman screamed, "why is ms byers here?" steve says and turns to you

"oh my god." you say as she walks towards you and steve, "have you seen will?!" she cries out

"i could of sworn i saw will today ms byers" you say and her eyes widened

"where's the last place you saw-"
she was cut off by max and her group of friends screaming

"we found will! come quick!" mike called out, ms byers you and steve ran behind max and her friends, leaving steve's friends behind at your locker

will was standing in the middle of the field and jonathan was shaking him, "wake up will!" jonathan cried out as ms byers ran to them, "will!" she also cried out

"well that's depressing" steve sighed out

"that was a bit rude" you glare at him

"sorry sorry" he says

"mom!" will cries out and falls into her arms

*time skip*

billy's blaring music invaded your thoughts of what happened to will byers today

were those monsters steve told you about on the loose again?

billy pulled into the drive way and you all got out of the car,
he walks over to the front door, you and max following closely behind and he unlocks the door

"none of you annoy me" billy yells

"why are you always angry?" max yells back and stomps away to her room, "billy you're such a dick" you say as you walk into the kitchen to get a coke

"y/n you're such a slut" billy says as you walk back into the living room and sit on the couch

you rolls your eyes and take a sip of your coke, "did you see jonathan's mom today at school?" he laughs, "she's an absolute maniac"

"her son got lost in the up- the woods, so of course she wants to know where her kids are all the time" you say trying to keep calm but you were freaking out, you nearly said upside down

billy laughs, "'up- woods'" he mocks and walks out of the living room, you sigh in relief that he didn't ask you what you meant by 'up'
