Hey guys! I'm back!! Sorry for being gone for so long. Before this chapter starts, I just wanted to say(ok now I sound like a youtuber) thank you all so much for your support this past month!! I love you all so much(Yup. I'm a youtuber now.)!! Ok let's start the chapter. Oh, and yes, I used a real chapter name this time.

Warning: This chapter is pretty sad. No regrets. You have been warned.

~Vikk's POV cause he hasn't had one since chapter 5~

"Ok, so now we have 2 options. 1. Go back to that town and find Elizabeth and Dark. Or 2. Go to a different town and try to find a nether portal." I said.

"Well Vikk, while going back to Lizzy and Dark is easier than the second option, Herobrine appears to know where we are. And if that's the case, I don't want him to think that the girls know that we're fighting against him and are trying to help us. We should go to the next town or city." Jerome stated.

"I agree with Jerome, we can't let Brine think that those innocent girls are in on this." Lachlan responded.

"Ditto," Rob smirked.

"Ditto," Mitch copied.

"NO STEALING MY LINES!!" Rob shouted. We all just started laughing as we walked to the next town, chatting about random things. I think we started talking about our childhood at some point and time. We kept walking until I saw something I thought that I wouldn't see for a long time.

"Uh... Guys? We made it to the next city, the Capital....." I gulped. The boys all froze in place when they heard the name of their childhood home.

"Oh... I guess we did..." Rob trailed off, looking at our once-called-home.

"Things have changed since we've passed away..." Lachlan bit his lip, looking like he was about to cry. Mitch already had a lone tear silently finding its way down his cheek.

"We're home, in a way..." Mitch choked, leaving it there. And somehow, it's enough, we get the idea. The Capital was our home, the place we discovered our powers, the place we met each other, the place we learned about Minecraftia at. The capital, was home. Now it was in ruins, maybe not literally, but it no longer held it's cheery civilians and children. It was a place of poverty, and sickness. This wasn't.... home.

"No Mitch, we're not home. We're in a new place. Home is where the heart is, not where we spent half of our lives. However, that place will be forever in our hearts." Jerome said confidently, putting his dark hoodie on. Soon after, we followed. We all walked into the cold, dark city, hoping that our home, is still in there somewhere. I looked around at the people wandering the streets. None of them looked happy, but that made sense. A girl who looked to be in her 20s passed by, looking sick and tired.

"You're right Brandon, this is not home. This is something else." Lachlan whispered, barely audible. I was surprised really, there wasn't much that could take away Lachlan's cheery tone. Now, it seems as if all of Lachlan's energy and excitement had disappeared. Once we got to the park in the middle of the city, we started to walk around and ask people if they knew of a nether portal nearby. I decided to ask a man who didn't look young, but didn't look old.

"I know of one, but this type of information is going to cost." He said.

"How much?"

"10 diamonds. I've got a family and a sick boy at home."

"Ryan!!" I called to Mitch. His eyes shot towards me and he jogged over.

"Sup?" He asked, commanding a small rock to fly into his hand.

"I need 10 diamonds." I said. He put the rock in his pocket and pulled out 15 diamonds. He must have turned the rock into these diamonds. I thought, taking the diamonds. "Thanks buddy." I smiled. He simply smiled, nodded and walked away. "Give me the information, and I'll give you 5 extra for your time." I said to the man who stared at the 15 minerals in shock.

"Yes sir! Herobrine's Portal is next to the mines. The mines are to your right, keep going that way and you'll find it." He answered, still in shock. I passed him the diamonds and he stuffed them in his inventory.

"It's been nice doing business with you sir. I hope that boy of yours gets better." I nodded my head in respect and turned on my heels before he could respond. I glanced around under the hood of my hoodie and spotted Lachlan under a tree, talking to some woman with a small boy. He looked a little scared so I walked over there.

"IF YOU'RE HERE TO HURT MY FAMILY, THEN I WILL RIP YOU TO-"

"Ma'am? My apologies, but is everything alright here? Kenny? Are you ok?" I asked the two of them. Lachlan was backed up against a tree with fearful eyes.

"Sir my son is sick. And this young man refuses to help."

"How am I supposed to help? I don't have money or anything!! I'm a traveler!" Lachlan defended.

"Let me see your son." I sighed. The woman warily hugged a crying baby close to her chest. He coughed and cried some more. My glare softened. Poor thing. I thought as I reached out to it. I grabbed one of it's tiny, pale hands, using my powers to heal the small child's sickness. Once I did, the infant stopped coughing and promptly decided that he should go to sleep. The woman stared at me.

"Who are you?!" She asked in awe.

"Can you keep a secret?" I asked as Lachlan smiled and walked to my side. The woman nodded repeatedly. "The name's Vikk, and this is Lachlan. We're out to stop Herobrine with some of our friends. We all have powers, one of mine's healing." I explained.

"My Notch!! I have a friend who can get you through Herobrine's portal. He's a miner and he has access to Herobrine's Fortress." The woman said. "Gather your friends and meet me back here." She said.

I hope you like it folks! This is the first time I've updated in a while and I'm so sorry. I promise to try and update as much as possible now to make it up to you guys. Ok bye.
