Chapter 6|To the Hospital

Katelyn's POV (whaaat? Ikr)

Travis and I are just staring into each other's eyes, when I see something in the corner of my vision. I look out the window to see Aaron running over to our house. I stand up.

"What's wrong Katelyn?" Travis asks. I look at him, and Aaron busts through the door. I can see tears in his eyes.

"Guys Aph got into a really bad crash we need to go to the hospital now!" He says.

"WHAT?" Travis and I say unison. Kawaii~Chan walks in.

"What's going on?" She asks. I grab my purse and Travis's hand.

"Aph got into a crash down by the hill. Her car rolled off and hit a tree and she's in so much pain. I was on the phone with her when it happened...she was screaming bloody murder we need to go." Aaron explains. As if it didn't sound bad enough...it just got 10 times worse.

"Cmon guys! We can tell everyone else on our way to the hospital." I say.

Aaron's POV

Everyone runs out the door, and we get into my car.

"It just happened so they're probably still down by the hill getting Aph into an ambulance." Just as I say that, an ambulance car speeds past us, driving away from the hill. "That would be them!" Everyone clicks in their seatbelts, and I turn my car to follow the ambulance. Kawaii~Chan starts texting everyone else.

"Does anyone have Aph's mom's number?" I ask.

"I told my dad so he'll probably tell her." Katelyn says.

"Sylvanna is out by the lakes she took a little vacation away from all the stress. It'll take her about 30 minutes to get to the hospital once we tell her. But I'm pretty sure she was supposed to come back today." I say. I pull out my phone, luckily we are at a stop light so I have just a few seconds to open my phone and get to the contacts. I click on Sylvanna, and the phone starts to ring just as the light turns green.

"Hello?" Sylvanna asks.

"Hey Sylvanna you need to make your way over to the hospital as soon as possible there's been a huge accident." I say.

"What? What happened who's hurt?"

"Aph...she got into a crash..." my throat tightens up as my eyes start to sting with tears.

"WHAT?" Sylvanna says. "But like...a minor one, right? Everything's okay?" She asks.

"...I wish I could say that but...it's not..." I feel a tear stream down my face. "I was on the phone with her, and she said a car ran a stop sign and hit her...I heard her scream as I also heard her car tumbling down the hill...her car hit a tree hard at the bottom and then she started crying. She told me she had been thrown out the window shield and into the tree...then she started screaming...she told me her car oil was burning her legs...so...she's in so much pain..." I manage to just get that out. I'm choking back tears.

"What...I'll be there as soon as possible I'm leaving right now...and if she wakes up before I get there...tell my baby I love her...and that I'll be there soon" Sylvanna says with a shaky voice.

"Ofcorse..."

The call ends, and we arrive at the hospital. I can see the ambulance at the emergency entrance, wheeling out a bloody mess.

"That's Aph..." I say as I point over to the scene. Everyone looks over.

"She...I...I can't..." Katelyn says. I can tell everyone is holding back so many tears.
