Kyungsoo's POV

I slowly opened my eyes and let them adjust to the brightness of the sun. My throat felt scratchy and my eyes stung a little. Probably because of my yelling and my crying.

I looked around and realized that I'm still in that bastard's home. Well, I guess that meant I should leave. I had been here way too long.

Just as I was about to stand up from the couch, that's when I noticed the warm feeling around my hand. I looked down and came face to face with a sleeping tanned man. I nearly screamed, but clamped my mouth shut. What was he doing here? Why wasn't he in his bed? Then I looked down at our joined hands. And why was he holding my hand? Ew. I shaked his hand off of mine, temporarily forgetting the fact that he was still sleeping. I can't believe that bastard held my hand all night. Gross.

But... his hand was warm. I unconsciously smiled to myself. And our hands looked nice together- WHAT WAS I SAYING?! I shook my head uncontrollably to get rid of the unwanted thought that had crept into my head, uninvited.

I stood up from the couch and slowly slid off, trying not to wake up the sleeping man beside me. I still didn't remember his name, and to be honest, it was bugging me. And as much as I hated this man, I couldn't leave without thanking him. After all, he did go out of his way to save a pathetic human being from getting raped.

I walked around his house, admiring the view. His condo was very beautiful. He had a large flat screen T.V, and a glass coffee table in the middle of the living room. The counter, island, and floor in the kitchen were all made of marble. Actually, the floor in every room was made from marble. The condo had a large glass window and glass sliding door that led to the balcony. I walked down the hall and opened up a door. A king sized bed sat in the middle of the room, white sheets covering the giant mattress. There was a wooden drawer off in the corner of the room, and there were large doors at the end of the bedroom. Probably the walk-in closet.

I exited the bedroom and slowly closed the door behind me. I continued exploring and came across another room near the end of the hall. It was a study. You know, maybe I should've looked for this room instead of taking ten minutes to go through the whole house. I walked over to the wooden desk and noticed how he had stacks upon stacks of papers. He must've been a very busy man.

Wait, what did I come here for again? I stood there for a few minutes, before I clapped my hands together in realization. I had been looking for something to write on. Besides, by the time he woke up, I wouldn't be here anymore. And it would be really awkward to thank him face to face. Hell, I'll probably make a huge fool out of myself in front of the rich man. So nope, not going to try that.

I found a pencil under the mountain of papers and started scanning for anything to write on. He should have sticky notes somewhere. I felt kind of guilty for going though his stuff. Kind of. But that was ok. I opened up a drawer and found a clump of unused sticky notes. Just what I was looking for!

While coming up with something to write, my hand automatically wrote down a familiar word. Or should I say, a name. Jongin. Where did this name come from? I struggled to remember where I heard this name.

My mind suddenly got taken back to the day I first met the tanned man. Jongin. That's what the tanned man's name was. His name was Jongin. The name sounded nice, and I felt myself smiling again.

Jongin's POV

Rays of sun streamed through the glass window. My hand felt cold and empty. I looked up to see an empty spot on the couch. Oh. That's why my hand was so cold. I felt my heart sink, knowing the owl boy wasn't here. And I still didn't know his name. Great. Just great. Note the sarcasm there.
