Birds chirped by the window of Kyungsoo and Jongin's suite and people chatted outside of Hotel Danieli as they walked past. Jongin pulled his pillow out from under his head and placed it on his ears, hoping that it would get rid of the noisy commotion going on outside of the hotel, with—unfortunately—no luck. He groaned and chucked his pillow onto the floor, turning around in the bed and shuffling closer to Kyungsoo so he could bury his face in Kyungsoo's hair and—hopefully—fall asleep. When all hopes of falling asleep was out the window, Jongin just settled for cuddling with his boyfriend and laying there to admire the beauty of Kyungsoo under the sunlight.

The sun shone in just the right direction, illuminating every feature on Kyungsoo's face. Kyungsoo's pouty lips were a rosy shade of red and they were open agape as Kyungsoo breathed in and out steadily. The younger male's raven black hair was messy, but at the same time, it still managed to look good. Every time Kyungsoo inhaled, his eyelids seemed to close up even more, and every time he exhaled, his eyelashes would flutter against his eyelids. A shade of light pink was dusted over the younger's cheeks. Kyungsoo's pale skin lit up under the bright rays of sunlight, making his skin look paler, and Jongin swore that for a second, he saw right through Kyungsoo, as if he wasn't real.

"Stop staring at me sleep. I can feel your gaze," Kyungsoo mumbled groggily, his eyes still closed.

Jongin coughed awkwardly and pretended to be pulling something out of Kyungsoo's hair. "There was just a few.. a few dandruff in your hair. That's all I was staring at."

Jongin looked down at Kyungsoo's face and almost screamed when he saw the younger male staring right back at him, looking fully awake. "Liar. I thoroughly rinsed myself in the shower yesterday because of our events before showering. There can't be anything in my hair." Jongin averted his gaze and pretended to be interested in a loose thread that was hanging out of the stitches on the blue curtains that framed the window.

"I think it's about time we got out of bed. We need to pack our stuff so we're not late for our flight in a few hours," Jongin said, trying to change the subject, too embarrassed at the fact that he just got caught red-handed. As Jongin was about to climb out of bed to wash up for the morning, he heard Kyungsoo whine before petite hands were wrapping around his waist and pulling him back in bed.

"Don't leave me. Let's just stay like this for a few more minutes," Kyungsoo whined as he buried his head into Jongin's chest, too tired to even think about packing their luggage. Jongin smiled adoringly at how cute Kyungsoo could be in the morning and gave in to his boyfriend's behaviour. He felt Kyungsoo yawn against his chest before Kyungsoo tried to snuggle closer to Jongin—which was quite impossible, considering how they were glued to each other with no space in between, but it seemed as though Kyungsoo had a hard time grasping that fact.

They laid there for what seemed like hours, with Jongin leaving surprise kisses on Kyungsoo's temple and Kyungsoo tightening his grip on Jongin's waist each time he felt a kiss being dropped onto his face.

"Okay, now we really should get up," Jongin interjected as he slowly tried to pull himself from amongst their tangled limbs and bed sheets, of course with no luck, especially when Kyungsoo was clinging onto him like a koala. Although Jongin found it cute that Kyungsoo wouldn't let him go, something confused him. Since when was Kyungsoo this clingy?

After eating breakfast for the last time in Hotel Danieli, Jongin and Kyungsoo decided to stroll the streets of Venice one last time before they left that afternoon. Hand in hand, they listened to the chatter of the Venice citizens and the shouts and laughter. Kyungsoo was really going to miss this place; the place that held the best memories of his life.
