Smoothies are easy to make and very refreshing. Fruit in this recipe can be substituted, but this is a very delicious combination! This vegetarian smoothie can serve 2 in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 over-ripe banana, cut into chunks
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunksDirections
Combine the water, yogurt, and banana in the jar of a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour.
