This smoothie will be sure to quench your thirst. Mangoes, pineapples, and coconuts are so tropical! This can be made in less than 30 minutes and serves 4 people, which it is also vegetarian.
Ingredients
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 over-ripe banana, thickly sliced
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup lightly toasted walnutsDirections
Combine all the ingredients in the jar of a blender, and puree until smooth. Divide evenly between 4 glasses and serve immediately
