#33 - Almond Butter and Blackberry Jam Sandwich

Everyone loves the standard peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but this is no standard sandwich. This vegetarian sandwich can serve about 4 in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
Almond Butter
Blackberry Jam
8 slices whole wheat bread

Directions
Place 4 slices of the bread on a clean work surface and spread each with 2 tablespoons of the almond butter. Then, smear each with 1 tablespoon of the jam. Top each with the remaining slices of bread. Cut in half and serve.
