Chapter 2: Reunited

Hiccup decided to set up a beachhead between Berk and near Valka's mountain. He decided to name the outpost Dragons Edge. The purpose of this outpost was to spot any enemy fleets or vessels that would invade Berk or its allies.

The work to build the outpost took months, but after three months, they finally completed the outpost at full capacity, with defense mechanisms, dragon sentries looking out for intruders and high walls to prevent tsunamis from destroying the outpost.

There were huts for everyone who'd be at Dragons Edge, including watch towers and a dome that served as the arena for training and dragon training.

Hiccup was joined by Astrid, Asbjorn, Fishlegs and the twins, they'd just finished up the final touches on the outpost and decided to have a group breakfast.

Hiccup cooked up smoked salmon and potato's for his friends and the smell made their mouths water in seconds. "Mm, that fish smells splendid! C'mon H! I'm dying over here!!" Tuffnut whined, Hiccup rolled his eyes and passed out plates to each of his friends presenting the delicious food. "Alright gang, dig in, its one of my best dishes." Astrid shot Hiccup a playful smirk. "Oh? The great Dragon Master cooks now?" She teased, Hiccup smirked and playfully bumped her shoulder. "I'm not all serious all the time Milady, you of all people should know that." The two smiled at each other's and continued eating.

After the gang finished eating, they finished up their huts and patrols and decided to spend the rest of the day to rest. Asbjorn took a power nap. Ruffnut and Tuffnut were enjoying their boar pit. Fishlegs was nose deep in a book of his while enjoying his hot tub. And Hiccup and Astrid? Well... they've been busy with training, helping out the Strike people and other duties, so they decided to close the gap, and... get intimate once more.
