Weeks after the defeat at the Dragon Sanctuary, Hiccup felt as if the weight of the whole Archipelago was placed on his shoulders. He was now responsible for the lives of Berk, with the death of his father, the Hooligans looked up to Hiccup as their new chief. Hiccup couldn't run both Berk the Strike Clan, so he ordered Berk come to the Isle of Night and reside there for the time being.

Also, guilt was eating Hiccup inside out, he knew Drago's Bewilderbeast ordered Toothless to kill Stoick. But still, he lost his father, though Hiccup and Stoick had their extreme differences and arguments; Stoick was still Hiccups father.

Now he's dead.

And now he's forced to claim his place as chief of the Hairy Hooligans. Hiccup is aware that his Viking kin will not agree on every choice he makes, because their Vikings, and they want to do things the Viking way. But it won't be enough to stop Drago and his army, Hiccup will need to urge the Vikings in the Archipelago to follow him under one banner. Though it's rare seeing such unification, they all face an enemy that gives them two choices: submit or perish. And Hiccup would rather die fighting than bow to a madman who wants to use dragons as simply as war machines and slaves.

Toothless and a handful of his family and friends Night Furies are now included in Drago's arsenal. Hiccup needed a plan to free every dragon from Drago's control, including Valka's Bewilderbeast.

Currently, Hiccup was sitting on his king sized bed in his home on the Isle of Night, his head in his hands, groaning in stress; figuring out what to do, his people were demanding action and Hiccup didn't know where to start first. He heard the door open and turned to see Astrid in  a light blue Greek tunic, she was truly a goddesses in the flesh, she smiled at her husband and sat beside Hiccup and the man smiled sadly. "I don't deserve you. You are part of what's keeping me sane." Astrid chuckled softly and kissed his cheek and dug her fingers in Hiccup's hair, massaging his scalp, Hiccup groaned contently.

Astrid also caressed his cheek and whispered in his ear. "You're not in this fight alone Hiccup, you've been stressed and buried in the task of keeping both the Strike Clan and Hooligans together, that and you've safe guarded what Night Furies are left on this island." Hiccup smiled and Astrid strokes his chin and finishes. "I decided to help you unwind. To help take your mind off Drago, this mad war and everything else. Spend this time with me, and let us comfort you." Hiccup nodded and passionately kissed Astrid, she returned the kiss and cupped his cheeks.

Once the two removed themselves from the kiss, Hiccup sighed contently and looked at his wife. "You are so good to me, I love you so much." Astrid smiled and said. "I love you too Hiccup." The duo engaged in a heavy make out session; their bodies pressing together, getting as close as they could to each other.

(Drago's fortress)

Drago was surprisingly calm with the loss of the Red Death, which confused Krogan and Enyo, the two finished giving an inventory report to their master, Drago merely had a small grin plastered on his face as he overlooked a map, the two Flyers shared a look at each other and turned toward their master. "Lord Bludvist, if I may ask, how is it that you've allowed the traitors to escape with the Shellfire, Skrill and Red Death?" Enyo asked, Drago exhaled and turned toward his faithful soldiers.

"The fools belive that the absence of Red Death will delay my plan, but in truth, the Red Death would've only served as a weapon; due to that dragon residing in Helheim's Gate for centuries, she's lazy and rebellious, too wild to control, even for me." Drago walked outside his chambers balcony to overlook his army, fleet and his Bewilderbeast trying to convince Valka's Bewilderbeast to join their cause; it still refused Drago, it would obey him, or it will die. Once they were outside, Drago smirked and turned toward Krogan and Enyo.

"They believe they've crippled us, but take comfort, this setback changes nothing. Thanks to a very reliable source, we've located one last alpha that will change this war in our favor. This alpha is fabled to grant untold powers to humans; including telepathy and most of all... immortality." Drago pulled out a map and handed it to Krogan, both him and Enyo looked at the map and gasped; clearly they were gripped by shock and unbelief, they looked back at Drago and the warlord nodded. "Tomorrow we sail to the village of Nepenthe and find the Foreverwing."

A/N: Taking this up a notch, with the Red Death taken, Drago finds out the location of the Foreverwings and knows the abilities it gives to humans, if you've read the Serpents Heir, the Foreverwings shares a special, nearly telepathic connection with Hiccup, though why or how this is done is unknown. But I'm going to add immortality in the mix, if Drago truly wants to be a Dragon-God, he's going to need this dragon to grant him and his army this power. Hope you enjoy.
