Harry's Pov

The room didn't move for a full second.

Not a breath. Not a sound.

Then everything exploded at once.

Niall stood up so fast his chair hit the floor. "We're going. Right now."

Liam grabbed his arm. "Niall, we don't even know where—"

"I DON'T CARE," he snapped.

Zayn stepped between them, voice calmer but firm. "Fighting each other won't bring her back."

Louis looked like he was barely holding it together. "So what, we just sit here and wait while she gets married to... whatever that is?"

Clifford's jaw tightened.

"She doesn't have time."

That shut everyone up again.

Gemma turned sharply. "Explain."

Clifford looked at her like he hated that she was right.

"The eclipse is the trigger," he said. "When it peaks, the binding becomes permanent. Demon law. Once it locks—there's no undoing it."

Niall's voice cracked. "When is it?"

"Two nights," Gemma answered quietly.

Silence dropped heavier this time.

Liam's Pov

I tried to think logically.

Plan. Information. Steps.

But none of this made sense in any normal way.

"So we find her before the eclipse," I said. "Simple."

Clifford shook his head. "It's not simple. He won't keep her in one place. He's preparing the ritual site."

Louis frowned. "Ritual site?"

Gemma answered instead. "A binding requires energy. Bloodlines. Power convergence."

Zayn blinked. "That sounds like a horror movie."

"No," Clifford said. "That sounds like her life right now."

Harry's Pov

My phone buzzed again.

Same unknown number.

Another message.

This time—

a location.

A map pin.

Niall saw it over my shoulder and froze.

"That's... Scotland," he whispered.

Clifford stepped closer instantly.

"No," he said sharply. "That's a false trace."

Gemma narrowed her eyes. "Or a distraction."

Louis ran a hand through his hair. "So we're being played now too?"

Clifford exhaled slowly. "Yes."

Niall's Pov

My chest felt like it was collapsing.

She was out there.

Somewhere.

And I couldn't even reach her.

"I don't care if it's a trap," I said quietly.

Everyone turned to me.

"I'm going."

Liam shook his head immediately. "Niall—"

"I'm not losing her," I snapped.

My voice cracked at the end.

Silence followed.

Then Clifford spoke.

"You won't survive going alone."

I glared at him. "Then come with me."

That made him pause.

Gemma stepped forward slowly. "If we move now, we can intercept the ceremony path."

Zayn nodded once. "So we stop the transport."

Louis looked at me. "We bring her back."

Harry swallowed hard. "All of us."

Harry's Pov

Clifford looked at each of us for a long time.

Then he said something I didn't expect.

"If you go in there... you might not get her back as the same person."

Niall didn't hesitate.

"Then I'll take her back anyway."

That was it.

Decision made.

No more waiting.

No more guessing.

Just action.

Gemma's Pov (final shift)

I watched them all prepare.

They didn't understand yet.

This wasn't just a rescue.

This was a war already in motion.

And Christine...

She was standing right at the center of it.

Clifford walked past me quietly.

"Are you coming?" I asked.

He stopped.

For the first time, his voice softened.

"I have to."

Then he added something almost too quiet to hear.

"She's not just the Alpha."

"She's the key."
