The Choice Series: Lost

What if?

     My mom got up and she said to wait until i get ready because i was early it was 5:15 am then she left i couldn't believe it what if adam is in danger because of me but i was to tired to think of that and i actually fell asleep and i woke up to the sound of something breaking i think my mom dropped something i looked at my clock and it was 6:02. I got up and i went to my closet which was on the left side of my room next to my door and i chose to put on kaki pants and a black button up t-shirt i left 2 buttons on my collar open because i felt i was suffocating if all of the buttons on my collar was closed.

    I got my backpack and the stuff that i would need for school and i went down the stairs. "Morning" i said to my mom and i did not say good morning because it didn't feel for me that it was a good morning "Hey son come sit down breakfast is ready" before i sat down i got spoons and napkins and i put it in the middle of the table then i sat down my mom had made eggs with toast we ate in silent then i remembered my mom leave to work at 4:45 am so what was she still doing here? "Mom aren't you supposed to be in work?" i asked her "True but i called them and told them that i would drop you off at school." "Mom i go on a bus i don't need you to drop me of" "Oh about that i called the school and told them you wont be using the bus anymore from now i will drop you off and pick you up at school ok?"

    "You know i can walk" i said defensively "Yes son i know you can walk you have been walking since you were just 20 month old" "Really mom" i said laughing "Now tell me was that not cool or what every you teens say these days" "Ok mom it was an ok joke... but i just don't want you to be worried about me" "Son how am i not going to be worried about you i know you think it's your fault but it's not" "Yes it is mom if i could have--" my mom cut me off and said "No it is not your fault and please don't start with your what if" "Ok i'll try" "Now get up because we have to go go go!" my mom said trying to sound like a teenage girl i laughed i loved my mom she was funny and she would always tell me to look into the bright side of things which i was grateful for.

    "Here we are" my mother said while putting her car in park "Thanks mom" "Yep anytime now i hope you have a good day and be focused in class ok?" "Ok." I gave my mother a hug and when i was about to get out of the car i saw Olivia and she was waving at me i waved back when i did that remembered that i didn't pay for the drinks yesterday. "Hey mom can you give me some money? i asked with a nervous tone "Sure why?" she asked "Uhm well i forgot to pay someone" "Ok i will give you the money Zack because i trust you" she gave me a 20 dollar bill "Thanks mom" i was about to open the door and my mom grabbed my wrist and said "Don't tell me you owe her money" she pointed at olivia but her back was turned "Well i forgot to pay for the drinks when i went to get coffee with her" "Oh she is olivia?" "Yep that's her" i said "Well then next time you go out with her pay for the drinks ok" "Mom it's not going to happen ok?" "Im just saying.... anyway now go to class" "Bye" "Bye" i opened the car door and then i closed it and i walk to the doors of the school and i went inside."

 hey guys sorry for not updating sooner but i have been having some writers block so i not proud with this chapter but i needed to published something and also i wrote this really fast so there might be so grammar that are wrong because my 1st draft of this chapter got erased and i was so mad but you know things happen but anyway i hope you guys are  enjoin it and
