The Choice Series: Lost

First time for everything right? Part 2

    "Hey dude what happened you face looks like it was punched" Jay said pointing at my face. "Nothing happened and if you want to you can still go to the party but alone"

    "What? No come on dude I am not going to let what every happened inside get you down it would help a lot if you would tell me" he said now crossing his arms. "Fine, we kissed and it was not supposed to happen you happy now?"

   "No, I am not happy kind of... But how are you not happy you kissed her?" "Dude do you still want me to go to the party with you?" I ask him angrily.

    "Yes, I do but you just said you didn't want to go" "Well I just want to forget what just happened and I won't be forgetting it if I am alone so let's go to that party and have fun" "Yep! That is what I am talking about man cheer up!"

    Me and Jay started to walk then I saw Olivia walk out of the room we both looked at each other for a second then I looked down I couldn't let my feelings out I need to control them.

     We followed other kids that were cheering we walked down the street and entered a house it was big once we entered let me tell you their was not a lot of room so most people were outside sitting around the pool people came in and went out the couches were pushed to the side and there was a do people were dancing and drinking yep you heard me drinking why did I think this would be a good idea?

    Then the DJ started playing Cool girl by Tove lo and people started to dance more they were jumping and yelling "I'm a cool girl, I'm  cool girl!" Next thing I know Jay dragged me to the middle and he yells in my ear "Come dude start dancing!" He started to pump his fist in the air and well let's say I had some dancing lessons with my mom not the best lessons but I knew some moves I started to move my body to the beat and when the song got to the part were it said "I roll my eyes at you" I would do a quick turn I know really cheesy dancing.

    Then people started to show off and dancing in the middle and they all did some moves and let me tell you I was actually have fun I wasn't mad at myself anymore which I was happy about and about the kiss.... I am still trying to forget her...lips.

    We dance a couple songs more than me and Jay went to get some drinks which thankfully they had soda and water not everything was alcohol I got a water and Jay got Pepsi.

    "You having fun?" Jay asks me as he gets closer to me because the crowd was singing. "Yep and are you having fun" I ask him "I think all we can have right now is fun."

    We went back to dance some songs then the partner songs came up which I hoped would not come and the first song was From EdSheeran it was called Perfect.

    Now let me tell you somehow this quickly Jay found a girl and they were dancing other people started to look for partners. So the next thing I know I am standing next to the kitchen which was connected with the living room by myself so I just stand there sipping my water until I hear someone tell me in my ear "You still want to dance?" I turn my head and I can't believe it Olivia was standing there she was drinking out of a soda can and she looked fine you know one thing I will never understand girls I make them mad then the next thing I know they want to dance with me. 

    Why not i tell myself we can still be friends right? 

    Anyway I answer her "Well I not going to be the best dancer on the floor right now but if I'll try will that count for you?" 

    "I don't care if you do or do not know how to dance I just don't want stupid things separated us I don't want to ruin the friendship that we have right now" well that was a good enough answer for me.

    I throw my water bottle in the sink I saw that Oliva was laughing when I saw her laughing I bowed down to Olivia quickly and I said "It would be an honor to dance with you Ms.Cooper."
