The Choice Series: Lost

Yay happy birthday to me!

    "No! Don't you dare hurt her!" I yell at the man in the mask.
    I was chained to a chair I was in a room that i have never seen before the walls were cracked.
Their was dirty and Moss growing out of the cracks.
    The masked man was holding a  long wood plank and right next to him was someone on the ground it had a plastic bag on their head so i couldn't see who it was but I knew they were female and i cared for them.

    "Please just don't hurt her you have me so just let her go please" i begged the man "Mr.West I don't need you I need what's inside of  you" he pointed to my chest.

     "But first I have to do this for my own safety" the man now pulled off the bag off the woman's head and i couldn't believe what I saw it was my mother. "Please no i beg you please let her go" he came over and punched me and i fell over to the floor with the chair I could feel blood coming from my nose pouring down.
    "I told you i can't do that for my own safety... oh and sorry for that" he pointed to me i tried to get up but how was it I suppose to do that when  I was stuck to a chair.

     "Zack don't worry I'll be fine just don't watch okay close your eyes for me" my mom told me i could see she was weak her face was more hallow she needed food. The masked walked to her and he lift the wooden plank up and he swing it down on her "close your eyes Zack!" She said and i yelled "No!" But I was too late and that's when i woke up.

    I sat right up i could feel my heart beat so fast that i think it could have blown up i started to tell my self it was only a dream that it wasn't real.
    I look around i could see Olivia she was still sleeping i somehow didn't wake her up, I get off the bed slowly and quietly i stretch my self out and i look at the clock it was 4:15 am so i decided to go out for a jog so that i can clear my head. I walk out of the room and i check around i cant help myself by always checking my surroundings that's one of the things that I developed in Taekwondo.

     I walk slowly to the front door and i open it carefully and i walk out.

     Adam's pov

    Well that ruined the suprise i had planed. I look around to see that Zack wasn't in our room so I thought he slept in the couch so i get up open the door and i  take a look and i could see that he wasn't on the couch.

    Right when i was going to open the door  little bit more I see Zack come out from the other room ( by the other room i mean Olivia's room).

    I shut the door only leaving a small gap so i can still see Zack. I see him look around and then i see him walk out the cabin so i count to 10 seconds and i decided to follow him.

    I saw him outside he was sitting next to the small lake that was a couple feet away from the cabin.
I creep up to him and scared him (which i should never do to a kid who knows martial arts) anyway he doesn't scream he just jumped and he turned around he was right about to grab my neck until i said in a whisper "Hey please don't kill me its only me Adam."

    Hey freezed and then he continued by saying "What are you doing here?"
    I responded by saying "I could ask you the same question" he grinned "Okay you got me there Adam."
    "So what are you doing out here at 4 in the morning?" I ask Zack "Well I was going to go out for a jog but I decided to sit down for a little before I went"

    "Okay well i was going to suprise you today because it is your 15th birthday but I didn't see you at the couch and instead I saw you coming out from Olivia's room so my question is why is that?" I ask him grinning.

    "Its complicated" he responded quickly
   
    "Yeah, I can see that very well" i couldn't help but laugh a little
   "Anyway" Zack said trying to change the conversation "How where you supposed to suprise me if I can ask?"

     "Well I was going to dump a bucket of cold water on you but you saved yourself by not sleeping on the couch"
He patted me on my shoulder and said "Yep I expected that the old classic jokes from you are coming back" "Yep" i answered him.

    We were silent for a bit "Anyway do you have a plan to get your mother back?" I ask Zack.
    "No, not yet but I think i have a small idea" he was going to tell me his idea until i stopped him and i  said "Dude we can talk about that later I want you to think about it clearly so I'm given you time also we need to go buy food at the grocery store.
    I got money but we have to go with out being seen also we got to wait until it opens at 9:45."

    I patted him on his back "Okay that sounds like a good thing to do today" Zack said with a sad voice "Let's go back inside dude and before I forget which I won't ever forget Happy Birthday buddy" i gave him a hug "Thanks, Adam and yep happy birthday too me" he said with a sad smile.
   

Sorry guys for not updating in a while but I have been thinking if I should continue this story and i think i might erase it I'm still not sure but I just don't know anymore
