The others optics grew big as plates "Optimus....you're our leader how would you have time for a sparkling!?" Ratchet asked Optimus astonished "yea Optimus it will be extremely difficult for you.." Bulkhead said "but....if you really want to we respect your choice" Arcee finished Optimus smiled "thank you" he said to his team he felt the little bee pick his helm up and looked around he let out a few beeps and clicks in cybertronian Sparkling babble Optimus smiled at the sparkling but then noticed he started getting fidgety and started fussing a little "Let's get back to base I think he's hungry" Optimus ordered the others nodded and went back to the small base on Cybertron
Inside the base.....
Optimus was sitting on a chair with the sparkling in his lap fussing around while Ratchet said he would warm the bottle Ratchet returned with a bottle full of warm energon and Optimus gently fed the sparkling bumblebee latched onto the bottle and started sulking it down while looking curiously as his father bumblebee eventually ran out of energon and was happy Optimus smiled but stopped when he baby started making weird faces Optimus grew in panic "RATCHET WHAT DO I DO!?" He panicked Ratchet was surprised he had never seen Optimus panick like this "You burp him Optimus he needs to be burped Ratchet took bee from Optimus and showed him how bee let out a tiny burp and yawned wanting to fall asleep "oh" Optimus responded he took bee from Ratchet and watched as his sparkling fell asleep Ratchet handed Optimus the sparkling's yellow blanket and Optimus wrapped him up "You will be a good father to the sparkling Optimus" Ratchet much to the shock of Optimus smiled "You just need to learn how to care for one a little more" Ratchet pointed out and Optimus agreed and looked down at the recharging Sparkling.
