Day 1 ~

My eyes opened slowly, staring up at the star painted ceiling. I turned over to my side, glancing at the clock. "9:30.." I thought. I sighed and slowly stood up. "It's cold," I mumbled and looked for a sweater to wear. I glanced down at my numb finger tips, rubbing my hands together to create a bit of friction.

I slipped on a black sweater and headed out towards my piano studio. I'm a piano teacher at a studio I own. It isn't very big, but I teach a few kids how to play.

I hopped into my car and drove off. Once I arrived there, I took out the keys and opened the studio doors. I turned on the lights and set my bag down on the floor. I walked over to open the curtains to let some light in.

I suddenly heard the door open with a ring. I looked over and saw one of my students. I smiled as I saw the young 7 year old girl run over to me. I bent down to her level and hugged her with a smile.

"Ms. (Y/N)!" She greeted me happily.

"Hello Jiha, how are you?" I asked her while caressing her hair softly.

She smiled at me happily, showing her cute dimples. "I'm doing fine!"

"You be respectful to your teacher, alright Jiha? I'll try to pick you up later. I love you," her mother said before bending down and kissing her forehead with a slight smile.

I smiled and slowly stood up. I quickly bid a farewell to her mother, figuring she was running late since she was in a rush. I took Jiha's hand in mine and led her towards the piano.

I lifted her up to sit on the piano stool while I sat next to her. I lifted the piano cover and opened the piano book on the stand. "Do you remember what we practiced yesterday?" I asked.

The young girl slowly shook her head. "No.." she mumbled shyly. I chuckled and pressed my cold finger tips against the white piano keys. I played a simple melody as Jiha's eyes lit up.

"Oh! I remember now!" She said happily and began to play along with me. I laughed happily, seeing her excitement. I suddenly felt a painful aching in my chest. I dropped my hands onto the piano keys, causing a sour note.

"Ms. (Y/N), are you okay?" The little girl asked. I took a deep breath and smiled reassuringly at her.

"I'm fine, why won't we warm up a bit?"

"Yes, Ms. (Y/N)!"

After an hour, I heard the door open again. I looked over, expecting to see Jiha's mother that was supposed to pick her up from the lesson. Instead, I saw a young man. He looked like he's in his twenties, around my age.

He had amazing features; very handsome features, if I do say so myself. His eyes were beautiful and visible through the distance between us. "Oppa!" Jiha ran up to the handsome young boy.

"Hi Jiha!" The boy greeted, hugging the little girl back. I stood up and walked over to them, Jiha's small book bag in my hands. The little girl turned back to me with a grin.

"Thank you, Ms. (Y/N)!" She says happily as I help her put on her book bag.

"No problem," I said with a smile. I caress her hair again and felt eyes stare at me. I looked up only to see another pair of eyes meet mine. The boy gulped and looked away, his ears burning in embarrassment.

I raised a brow, chuckling at his cute behavior. "May I ask who you are?" I asked the young man as he looked back at me, flustered.

"Me? Oh, um... I'm Jiha's older brother," the boy replied.
