Texts with Hobi (birthday special)

Happy Golden Hobi day :)

Hoseok was pacing around his room. Constantly biting his fingers, playing with the hem of his shirt, tapping his foot: he was a bit anxious.

Today was his birthday, but he didn't receive any type of birthday wish from you. He couldn't care less if you didn't tell him happy birthday: but that was somewhat the problem.

Every year, you would always wish him well on his birthday. But today, he didn't receive any wishes from you and it got him worried sick.

Hoseok tried everything in his power to distract himself from his wandering thoughts about you and your well being. But every time he was finally distracted, his mind always flew right back towards you.

"Come on Seok, why can't you just text her first?" Hobi bagged himself and shook his head, contemplating whether to text you first. "No, she might be busy. What if I bother her?" He asks himself as he let out a sigh.

But then again, maybe you were waiting for him to text first.

Hoseok glanced over at his phone that rested on his bed. The black blank screen was tempting him to slide into your dm's.

He shook his head. "No, stop it. She could be busy, you'll just slow her down."

Hoseok sighed, the stress mentally draining him. He needed some fresh air to forget all his worries of you.

Right when he was almost out of the door, his phone lit up and sprung up to life. His lock screen showed a notification of the person who was waiting for all this time.

Hoseok sprinted back to his bed, clutching his phone in his hand and staring at the screen.

You:
Hobiiii~ :)

A bright smile immediately flew to Hoseok's lips. He lied down on his bed, opening your message and immediately replied.

Hoseok:
Hi baby! How are you? Are you okay?

Hoseok was a bit afraid that your answer would be negative. He waited for your reply with a nervous heart.

You:
I'm okay, no worries Oppa!

Hoseok immediately felt relief flow through his veins and his heart relaxed. He sighed and smiled, happy to know you were okay.

You:
Btw Oppa, I'm sorry I haven't been able to talk to you today. Ive been really busy...

Hoseok:
No no baby, it's all okay I understand! All that matters is that you're okay.

You:
Awh, you're so sweet Oppa! 😆

Hoseok:
Hehe, only for you my darling~

Hoseok:
Urm, baby... do you perhaps know what day it is today?

You:
Of course I do!

You:
Happy birthday baby ❤️

Hoseok:

I was a bit worried you wouldn't remember. Thank you, love ❤️

You:
I could never forget, Oppa! Do you want me to come over?

Hoseok:
R-really? Are you still busy?

You:
I'm not busy anymore, Hobi. And if you aren't busy either, I can come over and we can watch a movie while cuddling? :)

Hoseok:
Baby...

Hoseok:
That sounds amazing. :)

You:
Great! I'll be there in fifteen minutes. See you soon💕

Hoseok:
Okayyy :)

Hoseok put his phone down and started jumping all around his room. He decided to tidy up so his pace could look presentable for you.

He waited for you to come and when he heard you pull up from the drive way, he immediately ran to the door. Before you would even step a foot away from your car, Hoseok was already sprinting.

You smiled and opened your arms wide for Hoseok's body to collide with yours. He hugs you oh-so tightly as you hugged him back.

He never wanted to let you go, afraid that you'll wither away if he released you.

Hoseok's smile widens by 100000x. He couldn't help but have his eyes water, realizing that he was the luckiest man alive to have you by his side, to have you in his arms, to call you his.

He closed his eyes, sighing out, "I love you."
