Katie was going over the nightmare again, showing it to them as she shivered in fear of fantasy becoming reality. She wasn't letting them near her in fear of getting hurt.

"Uhh, Katie? You do realize that that'll never happen, right?" Spencer asked, trying to get close to his cousin, but he kept flying backwards. "Seriously, that's more out of character for Sans to say that then if he threw away ketchup." Spencer tried to reason with her, but he thought about the creatures. Why did they obey her when they clearly didn't have to. He let Sans try to comfort her, while he thought of something to say.

Katie put herself into a corner. She looked ready to rip someone apart. Katie sobbed and she was curled up with her tail around her head.

"Okay, now what?" Spencer asked, "What do we say?" An idea came to him. "Sans, kiss her." Spencer said. Sans looked confused, but nodded. He bent down and kissed Katie on the head, although without lips it looked a bit weird.

Katie flinched but slowly came out of hiding. She took her human form and hugged Sans, looking like a scared dog. She seemed to be so scared about everything, and only Sans at the moment could keep her safe.

Realizing that Sans was the only one that could reach her at the moment, Spencer backed off. He decided to give them some space. He herded everyone to the kitchen to talk there

Katie took a little time before falling asleep from emotional stress. She looked totally wiped out, and so drained of energy that it was hard to tell why she was even awake in the first place. Katie did what she did the first time she fell asleep on Sans. She clung to him as if he was her lifeline.

"So a human shot your eye out?" Spencer asked Undyne. She grinned and nodded. "Must have been a good shot to only take out your eye." Spencer commented. Undyne grinned.

"He was the hardest challenge I had faced from a human until I met you. Although, that boxing kid was good too." Undyne reminisced. Spencer wondered why so many kids fell down this mountain. "By the way, I wanna rematch from you later, wimp." The fish lady challenged. Spencer grinned.

"Whenever, sushi." Spencer replied. Undyne laughed.

Ra looked at the two, and then put himself in between them. He looked at them with his own death stare.

"Not until we break the barrier. Then you can spar your hearts out. And Undyne?" Ra said, looking at the monster. "If you want a fight. I will give it to you."

"Ok, we'll spar after the barrier is broken. Speaking of, where is that thing?" Spencer asked. Undyne answered.

"It's behind King Asgore's throne room." Undyne said. "But you'll have to get through him first." Spencer scoffed. "He's no slouch." Undyne warned him. Spencer answered back with a "Psh."

"You do know that if he saw me that he might not fight?" Chara asked as they stand next to Galaxy with their arms crossed.

"Why?" Spencer asked as everyone else facepalmed. "What?" Spencer asked.

"He's my father." Chara said. "Remember, Toriel is my mother." Chara made a face that said, 'Duh.' Spencer slapped his forehead. Chara and Undyne laughed. Ra chuckled deep in his throat.

Katie stirred in her sleep and started to wake up. She never had a nightmare that was as bad as that one. She noticed she was in Sans' arms. For the first time in what seemed to be a long time, she felt safe. That nothing can harm her, and she nuzzled into her skeleton.

"So how do we get to Asgore's throne room?" Spencer asked. Undyne told him that they'd have to go back through Hotland and through the Core, then the castle will be connected to it.
