Earlier Brynn and I asked our mothers if we could have a sleepover with Alec of course. "How do you feel about competition?" Ashlee asks me. "I'm a little nervous considering Abby just told me to choreograph my own solo for competition and I have the duet and am a lead in the group." I reply giving Alec a hug. "It's a lot of pressure but I'm always here if you need someone to talk to." Ashlee replied smiling.
"Thanks Ashlee I appreciate it." I smile back before looking down at Alec. "Can you sing me a song?" Alec asks. I nod before starting.
At the end of the song Alec is fast asleep with his thumb in his mouth. "Wow your a great singer." Brynn says. I blush and just shrug. Once we arrive at their house Ashlee offers to take Alec while Brynn and I go into their basement to practice and record a vlog for her channel. "Hey guys it's Brynn here with my best friend Secret." Brynn says waving at her camera. "Shhh I'm a secret." I say winking playfully.
"You'll meet her at competition this weekend and she has a solo." Brynn informs the camera. "So you'll get to see me work on my solo before even Abby sees it. Now don't you just feel special." I say putting on a southern accent.
"We're going to carry on with our day and leave the camera recording see ya soon." Brynn says.
After that we stopped paying attention to the camera.
"So here's the music Abby gave me." I say before playing the song on Brynn's speakers. I listen to it once before listening to it again this time improving. I add some of my personal tricks and then ask Brynn if it's missing anything. "It was pretty amazing but it should also have moments of cool down to add a contrast." I thank her before slowly choreographing the solo. "Ok I think I've figured out the whole thing."
Brynn nods before starting the music. I start giving my all while making sure the story is still being told. Brynn claps before we go back to the vlog. "So now we're going to make some musical.lys to past the time." I announce waving my phone in front of the camera. We make some musical.lys and then end the vlog.
"I haven't uploaded in awhile so this'll be a surprise." Brynn tells me. I nod before we practice our duet and the group dance. "I'm beat." I say wiping sweat off my forehead. "Let's say we shower then have dinner." Brynn says. I nod before we do just that.
"Thanks for dinner Ashlee it was delicious."
I thank her smiling. "Your too kind." she says before taking Alec with her to watch cartoons. "Let's go do a challenge." Brynn says smirking. I give her a smirk as well as we race upstairs to her room. "THE FLOOR IS LAVA!" I scream before jumping on Brynn's bed. "No I'm dead!" she says dramatically falling on her floor.
"SVETLANA!" I "sob" cradling her dead body. "And scene." Brynn jokes. We laugh before playing more games like Never Have I Ever, Truth or Dare, and the Eat It or Wear It challenge. "We should probably go to bed." I say. Today was great.
