Ha ha! Oh my god, this is precious.
Scarlett maneuvered through the crowd until she stood where she could see Ashanté and Ashanté could see her.
But wait... what was this? A poster behind the band announced her as Ashley Stetson.
Ashley?
Was Ashanté trying to lead a double life or something? Scarlett laughed until she snorted. When the next song began, she wandered into the store. Someone who liked country or bluegrass might enjoy this crap, but cool people listened to pop, hip hop or alternative.
She'd accomplished what she'd wanted to anyhow. She'd made Ashanté nervous just by standing there, and the poster said the next performance was at the River View Roadhouse. If Ashanté was going to appear there, that good-looking dude in the limo might be there too.
I'd better get a sexy cocktail dress!
