-beautiful thinking; well mind

She had grown; she had pain. She was a little unwell. She was raised to a beautiful thinking; well mind. All to a crisp as she started anew. Never knowing what she left behind.

Footprints of her past was fading away. She was asking of curiousity. But no one said anything to her. So there she was; trailing a new path.

Unknown to where she once started.

Mistake Number Eight: "Pretending To Think To What They Want Me To Think."

As I walked throughout the halls I stumbled upon Alec and an unfamiliar girl. She marched in anger as I met her glaring eyes; filled with resentment towards me?

Her fists were clenched almost like she wanted to fight. Alec tried to stop her but she ignored his offer. Alas, Alec was left with no choice. Did he leave me to this psychopath? How. . rude!

She spoke with anger, but tried to hide the obvious tone. "You know Alec right? I'm surprised that you don't know him that well, especially since he was your— ugh! Whatever, He's my ex boyfriend, who knows what more it will turn out. Who knows if we will get together again?" I laugh.

"Look if you want to snatch him go ahead. Because I don't care." She was laughing under her breath which seemed weird to me. "You know this right?" I shake my head meaning NO!

As I tried to avoid her glaring gaze. I tried to walk away from her. Negative vibes is what I don't like. She grabs my arm and laughs, "You know, a girl and a guy can't be friends right? They will always end up together. No matter the way they always deny. Romantic or sexual; tension will always be there."

I roll my eyes, "And you believe in that bullcrap?" I let go of my arm from my grip.

"Everyone does."

She walks away and doesn't say anything. Suprisingly because of our little argument I would've thought she would've bitched about me behind my back. But atleast she showed a little decency.

I can't pretend that I don't know anything forever. I need to know something to what happened to me on that day. That day where I woke up from my sleep.

My parents were huddled infront of me. No one wakes up like that right? But my mother told me that she was just about to wake me up and my father told me he was here to make an important call.

They can't keep this from me for the rest of my life. Because I know I can't.

I can't pretend to think what they want me to think.
