Chapter 10

Lathaniel
"Lathan get up." I heard Tobias whisper. I opened my eyes to see him towering over me with smile on his face. I never thought I'd see the day Tobias Gallagher woke up before me.

"Morning Kitten." I said, stretching beneath him. "Morning Baby." He replied before getting off of me. I sat up and saw him standing by the door. "Please, follow the petals." He said before disappearing. I smiled and got up.

I looked at the petals on the floor and followed them to the bathroom where a little white card was waiting for me by the basin. "Freshen up and follow the scent of flowers." It read. I did as the card said, now feeling excited for this journey I was being taken on.

I followed the scent of flowers to the kitchen where a fruit salad awaited me as well as another white card. I sat and began to eat as I read the card. "When you're done come outside." It said.

Once I finished I washed my *bowl and went outside. I smiled as I spotted Tobias leaning against our car with a blindfold in his hands. He motioned me to go to him and I did, grinning. "For this next part you have to be blind folded." He informed me as I got to him. I smirked at him.

"Kinky." I whispered making him chuckle softly. He went behind me and did the deed before guiding me into the passenger seat. "Watch your head." He said before my head could come in contact with the car.

Once I was in he buckled me up and got into the drivers seat before we were on our way. "Where're we going Kitten?" I asked him. "It's a surprise Babe." He answered before turning up the music.

After an hour minutes or so I was woken up for the second time today. "We're here." Toby announced and I took off the blind fold. I was greeted by the entrance to a forest. "Come on." He said as he got out the car. I did the same and followed him inside.

We walked for fifteen minutes before coming across a cabin. It had a bow on the door and I began to feel all giddy inside. "What's this?" I asked, looking at the bow. "I didn't know what to do for your birthday until a few days ago when I remembered something your mother said when I first met her," He began as he took hold of my hands.

"Lathan, you're a demon and I don't want you to anything less because you're with me. And while I can't take you killing people for nothing I'm completely okay with you killing animals and doing what you will with them. So I got you this cabin for when you wanna come here and clear your head and hunt, I also got you a hunting license so no one can bother you." He explained.

"I don't want you to be a human when you're a demon because of me. I want you to be the way you were born and I want to get to know that side of you so that I can relate to you as best I can. So will you do me the honor of being my hunting buddy?" He asked me and I smiled.

"Yes." I answered and he smiled brightly at me. "Happy birthday Lathaniel." He said before pecking my lips. "Thank you Kitten." I replied, hugging him tightly. We pulled away from each other and gazed into each other's eyes.

I smiled as his pupils dilated. God I loved him so much.

"I'm sure you're still hungry so let's get you some souls to eat." He said lowly, snapping out of his daze, and pulled me to into the cabin.

It was nice and cozy inside, like really cozy. It was also bigger than I'd anticipated, it was like an apartment. Toby went and grabbed a bow and quiver with at least ten arrows inside.

How did he afford all this stuff, this cabin and all the stuff inside. "You didn't use your first pay check on me did you Tobias?" I asked him as he came to me. He smiled and cupped my cheek. "Of course I did Lathan. I wanted to use it for something special and you are so fucking special to me." He answered and kissed my cheek.

I blushed which made him smile. We went outside and walked around a bit before I picked up on a deer or something. My heart began to race and adrenalin took me over as I heard the breathing of the animal and smelt its scent. My inner demon was starting to seep through from the seams and I switched into my demon form.

"So sexy." I heard Tobias whisper behind me which made me smirk. I then went for the creature and tackled it, devouring it's being hungrily. When I was done I pulled away from it and moaned in pleasure.

The taste of innocence.

"Lathan, I got another for you!" Toby shouted for me and I teleported to his side. I smiled at the sight of another dead deer with an innocent soul to take. The deer had an arrow right in its neck. I licked my lips and bent down beside the creature before getting my fill.

My day continued like this for another hour before I was too full to eat anymore. It took a whole hour and a half of feeding to satisfy my hunger, it'd really been that long hadn't it.

Though we were done hunting I still had an adrenalin rush going. I just wanted a release, a sexual one with my Kitten. We hadn't had sex since his birthday and I was finally ready to have him again.

"Come here Tobias." He said lowly as we made our way back to the cabin. He turned and walked back to where I had stopped. I searched his eyes before kissing him hungrily and passionately. It was the sexist kiss I'd ever shared with him.
