Jisoo could sense something wrong, something bad was going to happen. She took a step towards the commotion. The moment was definitely heated, but in a different way. This had made her forget those hurtful words, even though she could deal with it herself, she didn't need anyone to defend her.
He took a deep breath, trying to build up his confidence, before opening his mouth again.

"I said, she's useless and doesn't belong here. Why do you even hang out with her?" The students around him gasped, they were shocked at the sudden comeback. And the only one who thought he would be supported with, gave no shit about anything and continued manipulating him. He started breathing a little heavier, he never felt that pissed off ever in his life. Deep down, he was actually scared, frightened by the true meaning of those said words, it sure was going to hurt her. And he would never let it.

"You know what? She's probably just using you. At least you have parents." A sly smile forming on his face as the student stared back at, who he thought, was the victim. Teeth clenched, and fiery burned in his eyes. A punch was thrown across his fragile cheek, totally crumbling himself down to the floor. His lips cracked, a visible piece of skin peeled out, letting a small spat of blood just at the edge of his lips. His cheek already bulging from the pain.

"Min Yoongi, detention after school!! I've had enough of you." The teacher raised her voice at the said boy as he sat down quietly, a satisfied smile appearing. The boy deserved it, he deserved it, it repeated in his mind. He glance at Jisoo, nobody would have known that he was just checking up on her but her head was held down, she was looking at the floor. Yoongi knew he shouldn't have done that in front of the innocent girl, and perhaps settle it later, but he just couldn't help it. He knew she could handle it anyway.

Jisoo on the other hand, couldn't believe he saw Yoongi like that. How aggressive he could be, according to the state that the student was in. He had to be sent to the clinic then. She wouldn't mind Yoongi doing that for her, defending her, but she didn't think he could have went too far, the hard punch he gave, had sent shivers down her spine. Then again, she chose to ignore, since it was only a single punch. All she had felt was glad that Yoongi had acted up, it showed that he still cared, despite being upset at the moment.

The teacher then turned her back and continued her lesson, the question long forgotten and left unanswered.
----------------------------------------------------

Jisoo finished up her notes and started packing up her bag, she observed Yoongi secretly as he was reading a book. She smiled sweetly when she noticed Yoongi scrunched his nose cutely as he concentrated on the dictionary. The English dictionary that Jisoo adviced him to read. At least he actually still listened, she thought.
Jisoo wanted to thank him for standing up for her, but she didn't want to disrupt him, especially when he was being cute, so she left the classroom. Looks like they couldn't hang out on the only Friday, since Yoongi had to stay back, she sighed. Jisoo already missed the times spent with Yoongi.

Jisoo quickly stuffed her things inside the locker, preparing for a stroll home by herself. Just as she was going to close the locker door, a hand was already there. A hand with well-polished nails. Jisoo managed to dodge it swiftly before the locker door slammed on her. There, was three girls hovering over her, her arms were immediately pinned against the lockers. Surprisingly, she tried but she couldn't free herself. They were those girls anyway, wouldn't think they could do anything. Guessing they wanted something to do with Jisoo.

The girl's dark curls were so long that they blocked Jisoo's visions of her surrounding, forcing her to focus back on the girl in front of her. Jisoo was still puzzled at what she was trying to do.

"Why don't you just move out of here? You are shaming us, the world only needs normal people, not like you, who can't even talk. I swear, people only like you for your looks. You're so weak, you can't even help yourself." She spat at Jisoo, with a hand raising up. A hard slap shot across Jisoo's pale cheeks. To Jisoo, it felt like her cheek was burning hot after the slap. She bit her lip, not to let a tear drop, as she rubbed her cheek gently. Her eyes widened as she was still shocked at what was happening. While she was distracted, the mean girl had shoved Jisoo inside one of the lockers and slammed the door, locking her inside. She then walked off, cackling like a witch, whispering to her friends, she's so stupid.
