Jisoo hopped up and down excitedly, taking a step closer towards the front door. Surprisingly, Yoongi's house was much bigger, than hers- she hadn't known that Yoongi was so rich. Her head automatically tilted up, as she observed the tall walls she was standing beneath. It looked like a giant's house to her but honestly, it was just the exaggeration, because Jisoo was tiny. The outside was painted full-on plain black and white, which had made the house seem modern. Her mouth was left wide open as she immediately noticed the rocker chairs neatly fixed on the porch. She immediately crept towards the chairs, wanting to take a seat for a while before Yoongi could see. Too bad.
"No, you can't go there Jisoo. It's for special occasions." Yoongi muttered as he inserted the key into the door. He looked at Jisoo, who had a confused expression written on her face. Special, what special is there for anyone to sit on a chair? She thought.
Little did she know, Yoongi had the one and only special person right now. He smiled cheekily, and before opening the door, he asked,
"Ready?" Jisoo nodded her head quickly, and averted her gaze to the door. She couldn't wait to see the inside of Yoongi's house. It was already malificent on the outside, which had also made her more curious.
They stepped into the house somehow in sync, a gasp escaped Jisoo's lips as her eyes roamed around the well-structured furniture covered with exquisite designs. The walls inside were painted with various colours, but somehow still added tradionality and flavours at the same time, to the house. Who had the money to get all these expensive-looking things? This house really amused her. After waiting for a few eternal seconds, she finally noticed Yoongi's gesture to allow her to sit on the couch. Jisoo skipped towards it happily, and plopped onto the soft couch, her whole body sinking into it. Yoongi laughed at Jisoo's actions, she looked really puffed up, with her scrawny body seeping slowly into the couch. Yoongi sauntered over to take a seat with Jisoo, her eyes followed Yoongi's movement but her head hadn't moved a bit. Jisoo averted her gaze to the flat screen television in front, she began to think that she was in heaven, her thumb raised up to praise the house for giving her these pleasures. Yoongi chuckled, they sat in silence, for a while, both pairs of eyes staring forward. The only sounds surrounding them were the whirring wind of the fans and birds still chirping at the windows.
"Come," Yoongi said softly, getting up from the couch. As soon as his back left it, a gush of air plopped Jisoo back down onto the soft fabric again. She couldn't get up, and she didn't want to.
"Cm'on Jisoo, you know we have beds here that are more comfortable than this, especially mine." Yoongi couldn't help but let out a laugh, at his pathetic joke, while Jisoo had a not cute, but angry pout stuck to her face. Nonetheless, she still managed to follow at Yoongi's back, she was already too eager to see what his Piano room would look like. Her eyes wondered around the hallway, beautiful paintings fixated on the walls for everyone to admire. Eyes sparkling, she stopped to stare at the painting of a glistening, red apple. It could make anyone hungry, that's for sure.
"My father painted this," his tone in a low and raspy voice as he studied the picture, glancing once at Jisoo. Until then, Jisoo started to understand the consequences of being in a rich house, with a rich family. She felt disappointed, and a tinge of pity in herself, she never got to enjoy all these pleasures. But that was herself to blame, she couldn't rely on others anymore. Jisoo continued forward, towards the end of the stretched out hallway for all she knew, the room had to be near. She slowed down for Yoongi to catch up, and extended her hand a little to pass him the notebook.
Are your parents out?
She did wonder why the house was in silence, and there hadn't been a single soul in here except the both of them.
