As I walked down the sidewalk I put my hands in my pockets. The cold winter air made my face feel like ice. I made my way to Clark's work and stopped looking up at it. It was hard to believe that he and I had been friends so long and I did get the slightest hint that he was into men.
Part of me believed because he always had his secrets while the other part believe that most people are as open about there sexuality like me. I continued down the sidewalk until I came up to my office building. Entering it I went to my office and sat down. Looking at the picture on the desk I smiled. Looking beside it I seen a picture of all the young justice, Nigthwing, Super boy, Boy Wonder, Kid Flash, Strike, Aqua Lad, Emerald and a very nervous Heliconia in the front. They were all making faces, smiling and playing around. I laughed at the photo before letting out a sigh. My eyes lingered on Heliconia as I noticed how much she had matured, how she lost her baby fat and looked totally different. I jumped when my phone began ringing. I picked it up not able to say hello as a frantic Heliconia began talking over the phone.

"Wait, slow down." I said making she stop.

"Lily's not here, she must be there are somewhere." She said and I smiled. She had her good parenting moments and her bad ones.

"I'm not at home, I wouldn't know where she is." I said and sighed.

"Please try calling her or Bobby to find out." She said and I frowned.

"I will." Lying before hanging up the phone and leaning back in my chair. I let out a sigh as I stood and went to walk out of my office. I was stopped as I caught a glimpse of green from the corner of my eye.

"Hal?" I asked walking towards him. He turned and a smile crossed his face.

"Diana, I've been looking for you." He said and I raised a brow.

"Ah I see." I said as he handed me flowers.

"I'm not much of a romantic." I said dropping them in a trash to my left and walking forward, kissing him.
