Chapter 16

I wake up and start my usual morning routine. I pick out a white shirt, ripped black jeans, a camo long jacket/cardigan, and black shoes.

I go downstairs grab a granola bar and go to my car. I go pick up the girls.

Once we get to school we get our stuff and go to class. Once it's lunch we sit at our usual table.

We start eating,

"I was wondering, hows the dance going in theater arts?" Kailani asks.

"Who knows," Brianna says.

"I still can't believe you are paired up with my brother," I tell Brianna.

She kind of blushes and we all notice.

"Do you like my brother!" I ask
surprised.

"What? NO!" she says still blushing.

"Yeah right, then how do you explain the blushing you are doing right now?" Liz says.

"Fine, I do like him, now will you guys just shut up now," she says.

"Ok fine, we will shut up," Kailani says rolling her eyes.

"Hey," I hear.

I turn and see that it's Peyton.

"Hey, you wanna sit?" I ask.

"Sure."

"Peyton this is Brianna, Elizabeth,and Kailani. Girls Peyton,"I introduce them.

"Hi," they all say at the same time.

"You all did super good yesterday in class," he says.

"Thanks," they all say.

"You did well yourself," Kailani says.

"Thank you," he says.

"Um... I was wondering if... you would like to go get some ice cream later today?" Peyton asks me nervously.

"Sure. Around what time?" I ask.

"How about 5?"

"Sure," I say.

"Here let me see your phone," I say as I pull out my phone.
