why you no care for your child? - you cant care for someone who doesn't care for them self . i love my son but he has to learn that the world isn't always nice or fair.

author (me) -
is any part of this book something you've personally experienced? - yes definitely. it's loosely based off of my first love. the aspect of doing anything and everything for geoff's attention , even if those things were wrong. geoff's aggressiveness is based on me and how i handled the situation . when you love someone and you aren't ready to let go it triggers something inside of you. another aspect is the suicide attempts , i attempted suicide a couple of months after we broke up, she had left my life & for a good reason and i couldn't move on and i couldn't handle it anymore. i swallowed 45 pills and i was heavily cutting at this time too (i'm now clean). the mental illness issues also are based around me. i would say that this is a twisted story of how my life was at this time.
