Veronica's POV: (YAY THE FIRST RONNIE POV)
I walk down the school hallway, searching for my best friend. There she was, her perfect blonde hair pulled into her classic ponytail and wearing one of her signature sweaters.
"Hey B!" I say walking up to her locker.
"Hi Ronnie! What's up?"
"Nothing much. I, however, would like the whole scoop about our lonely boy!"
Betty blushes at the thought of her Romeo and she puts her head to the side, causing her hair to swing.
"Keep it down! He doesn't know I like him yet, and nothing has even happened between us."
"Yet." I add in.
She laughs and looks down at the floor, still red as a tomato.
For some odd reason, seeing Betty have feelings for someone made me, dare I say it, jealous. I have never had a thing for girls, but something about Betty made me.... reconsider. But she could never know.
"I hope so, V. Tonight we're working on something for the blue and gold. I think I might tell him I like him. Maybe." she says excitingly.
"That's great, B!" I say, continuing my over-exaggerated happiness.
"Okay, I'll see you later!" Betty waves as she enters her biology class.
What had gotten into me? Why? I didn't want to have feelings for Betty, it could ruin our friendship. But no matter how hard I tried, the jealousy and butterflies kept creeping back. No, it couldn't be romantic feelings, right? Maybe just over-protective best friend jealousy?
Who was I kidding. I was developing feelings for Betty Cooper.

Betty's POV:
Tonight was the night. I was gonna tell Jug about my feelings for him. It has been almost 7 months that I have had a crush on him, but I needed time to prepare myself to tell him after what happened when I confessed my feelings to Archie 8 months ago. That was rough. But Juggie was by my side, helping me through everything, Archie wasn't. He wasn't Archie, not at all. He was more sensitive, caring, loving and kind than any boy I had ever met.
There was no feelings for Archie, not anymore. Just for Jughead.
"Ms. Cooper! Do you care to tell me the four sections of the heart?" Ms. Lincoln says, breaking me from my thoughts.
I hear Jughead snicker behind me and I look behind and give him the death stare.
Little did my teacher know that I had known this since I was 11 years old, "The left and right atrium and the left and right ventricles." Reading pays off.
Ms. Lincoln's face becomes red from embarrassment. "Well done, Betty." she says.
She clears her throat, "Well, then I assume we are ready for our human body assignment. In pairs, you will each research an assigned body part. As I print out the outlines, discuss with your peers and choose partners."
I immediately turn around to Jughead and he smirks at me. He pats the top of his desk, indicating for me to sit on it. I jump out of my chair and smile at him before sitting on his desk. I am wearing a white skirt, so I cross my legs over each other.
"Alright!" Ms. Lincoln says. "I'm coming around to list the pairs."
Jughead asks me, "What part do you hope we get?"
