The Little Sister | A One Punch Man Fanfiction

Chapter 1

               Note in hand, I marched up to the door that, according to the note, leads to my brother's apartment.

               It's been five years since we last seen each other, we didn't even talked during that time! But now that I've quit my job as an idol to be a hero, like my brother, we could see each other more often. I've already registered, and all that, and now I've come to tell him the big news.

               But I can't help but feel a bit nervous.

               Will my best friend, my brother, recognize me? Will he tell me to leave? Will he be mad that I became a hero like him?

               Taking a deep breath to calm myself, I knocked on the door. I waited patiently, and after counting exactly ten breaths, the door opened revealing a blond robot like man.

               I examined his confused face before looking down at the note, then back at him.

               I'm sure I came to the right place.

               "Do you need something?" He asked.

               "Uh... yeah, do you know a guy named Saitama?" I asked him, hoping that he knew.

               Before the robot guy could answer, a familiar voice was heard from inside.

               "Genos, who is it?" The familiar voice of my big brother was heard, and once again, before the robot guy could answer, I ran in, pushing him aside.

               "Big bro!" I beamed as I entered, but once I saw him, I stopped dead in my tracks.

               "Eh?" We both spoke in unison as we looked at each other.

               He looks the same but...

               "You're bald?!"
               "Suzuno?!"

               Once again, we spoke at the same time, but the moment he realized what I said, his expression changed from shock to anger in a blink of an eye.

               "Yeah, so what if I am bald?!" He yelled, making me wince and cover my ears at how loud his voice was.

               "I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I was just shock!" I spoke as I put my hands up in defence. "I never expected for you to be... you know, and so soon."

               He sighed as he relaxed. "It's fine, it's fine." Then it struck him. "Also, why are you here? Aren't you busy with all that idol stuff?"

               I laughed awkwardly as I scratched the back of my head sheepishly. "Well... you see..."

               "Sensei, do you know who this girl is?" The same robot guy from earlier asked as he entered the room.

               "Sensei?" I asked, before I turned my gaze from the robot guy to Saitama.

               "Oh right, Genos this is Suzuno, my little sister. Suzuno, this is Genos, my disciple." My brother explained.

               "It's an honor meeting you." Genos spoke with a bow before he withdrew.

               "It's nice meeting you too, and please, there is no need for any formalities." I assured him, and he simply nodded in response.

               "Anyways, you were about to explain why you're here." My brother reminded, and I nodded before I continued.

               "Basically I quit my job as an idol to be a hero, after I've seen you on the news, and it looks fun. I registered last week and got in as a B class hero." I explained. "Oh, and I also just moved in the city."

               "Hold up!" He yelled, making me wince once again. "You QUIT your idol job?!"

               "Yeah, I did." I informed him, nervously. "But my fans are quiet supportive, and I told them that I would be posting videos of me on Nico Douga whenever I can, so there's that."

               "I see." He sighed in defeat.

               "So... you live in this dump?" I asked, looking around his apartment.

               "It's not that great, but I like the rent." He informed.

               "I'm guessing you're running low." I spoke, receiving a nod from my brother.

               A sigh escaped my lips. "Alright then, how about this."

               He leaned in in interest, and motioned for me to continue. And so I did, "How about you move in to my house? It's not all that fancy, but I can assure you that it's better than this dump. And you don't have to pay rent, I got that taken care of."

               "Are you sure it's okay with you?" He asked. "Also, Genos is living with me, so-"

               "Oh, he can come along too." I informed him. "And yes, it's more than okay."

               He smiled at this, "Thank you!"

               "I do have a few conditions though!" I spoke up. "First of all, you'll be the one cooking."

               "Why? I know you can cook your own meals-"

               "You have the family recipes burned in your mind, and I have to admit that I miss them." I spoke up, cutting him off once again.

               "Alright then." He sighed, a smile was on his face.

               "Second, you and Genos will help around the house."
               "Understandable."
               "Third, we all do our own laundry. And lastly, don't break anything."

               The two nodded in understanding, earning a smile from me.

               "Alright then, when will you guys be moving in?" I asked them.

               "Tomorrow?" Saitama spoke after giving it some thought.

               "Alright then." I spoke. "I'll come over tomorrow afternoon, is a moving truck needed?"

               The man shook his (bald) head as if to say "no", "There's two of us, we can carry them."

               "Three." I corrected. "Remember, I'm helping."

               He smiled at my words before he thanked me once again.

               "Anyways-"

               "How about you stay for dinner?" He offered, smiling his same ol' brotherly smile.

               I smiled back in return, "Sure, why not?"

Alright, alright, so... I wrote this book while I was on Christmas vacation(or Winter vacation, idk) and wasn't really planning on publishing it or anything. And I wrote this JUST FOR FUN, I didn't took this book seriously (like Red Like Roses, and From Shadows :P).

I just wrote whatever came into my mind, which is why I was able to already write 27 chapters in a short period of time. So yeah... expect to see some references and maybe a few characters from other universes(cause my mind is SHI---), and so on.
