Today, I've decided to step up and take Kim to the doctor appointment. I got up, did my hygiene routine then roll out to pick Kim. So lately Sierra has been really sick and I had to take care of her so I couldn't hang out with Ashley. But I did talk to Kim, she needs to stopped playing Kjay and tell him about his "baby".
