Chapter one: Miku’s normal life

Beep, beep, beep!

“Shoot! I’m late for school!” I shouted as I jumped out of bed. Rushing to the bathroom, I washed my face and had put on my school uniform.

“Miku! Hurry I don't want to be late again,” yelled my older brother, Mikuo.

“I’m coming, just give me a minute!” I said, as I was coming down the stairs to greet him.

“Well lets get going,” Mikuo said as he held the door open for me to leave. “Miku, why were you getting up late?”

“Umm well I kind of stayed up last night reading about the Vocaloids again, and I didn’t hear my alarm go off,” I said in a half yawn.

“Well next time will you please, go to bed earlier so we won't be late to school.”

“...fine…” I huffed as we both hurried down the sidewalk to our school.

Sorry for the late intro, I was busy………. yeah well I’m Hatsune Miku, I’m 16 years old and I live in a small town in Japan. I have blue eyes and long hair thats a turquoise color, that I always wear in two pigtails. I am also a high school student, that is a very good singer. Also if you haven't notice I a huge Vocaloid fan, they are the coolest things ever!

Well enough about me, because if I continue I might start going into full fan girl mode over the Vocaloids, and trust me, you don’t want to see me like that. I’ll tell you about my older brother, Mikuo. He’s two years older that me, and he is soon going to be finishing up high school. He loves leeks like me, and he also does a lot of skateboarding, he even taught me how to skateboard. Oh and one thing he hates more than anything is being late, just like we were today.

I entered my homeroom, to see my two best friends sitting there looking at a magazine.

“Miku, come here and look at this!” shouted Yuki from the other side of the room. “Wow the Vocaloids did it again.”

“What did they do this time?” I asked.

“They did another infusion for the war again.” explained my other friend, Kiki. “This time they used Gumi with Attack on titan.”

“Really,” I said in amaze.

“Yeah, they sent her out 3 months ago. She finally returned, and the coolest part is that she only has a few scratches after wiping out like 4 or 5 troops!” said Yuki with excitement.

“Wow….”

“Man, I wish I was strong enough to do something like that or even stand up to bullies.” Kiki slumped in her chair at the thought.
