Chapter twenty four:

I faced Zatsune. Her red eyes pierced mine."Try it again." She ordered me. Zatsune was making me infuse with regular animals and learning how to use them to my advantage. She said they were the easiest thing to infuse with.

"If they are the easiest thing to infuse then why dont the other Vocaloids do it?" I asked her.

"They can't." She said bluntly.

"But why?"

"Because their not like you."

"What makes me different?" I asked her getting frustrated.

"Everything does! Quit asking questions and do what your told." She snapped at me.

"Fine.." I rolled my eyes. I began to focus on an animal like she said before. Power surged through my veins, that's how I knew I had infused. Looking in the mirror I saw I had small pointed ears on top of my head. I also had a long slender tail coming from my lower back. "Cat?"

"Congrats kitty-cat you finally infused."

"Wow I look like something from a hentai anime." I continued to look at my new features.

"Sure, whatever." Zatsune rolled her eyes, acting like she was annoyed with me again. "Could you try a different animal?" She asked.

"I don't know." I answered.

"If I had the control over our body like you do, I could infuse with tons of different things." She said. Zatsune made it sound like I wasted my life or something.

"Well I have control so you can suck it up." I snapped at her.

"Ah Miku who were you telling at?" Len walked up to me. Shit, he saw me talking to Zatsune. Nobody can see or hear her but me.

"Myself." I said trying to pay it off as nothing.

"Oh ok," shrugged Len. "So Miku...... I wanted to ask you about your letter that you wrote to everyone when you ah...."

"Disappeared." I finished his sentence. "Yeah what about it?"

"What did you mean that you want me and Dell to be at your side till you choose?"

I held my breath for a moment. "Len, I dont want either of you to decide to leave like you did."

"But I did it for you."

"If you really do care then you won't leave my side!"

Len looked at me. He was shocked, his face was blank for a moment. Did I hurt his feelings? I quickly grabbed him and hugged him tight. "Len?" I called softly. He hugged me back.

"Then I wont leave." He said.

I felt relieved. Len wasnt going to leave me again. I squeezed him tighter, then I let go. He pulled me back and pushed my bangs back. His soft lips kissed my forehead. Len swiftly pulled away from me. I touched my forehead. The warmth crept up to my face, Len's face was growing pink too. I flicked one of my cat ears, Lens eyes widen.

"What the hell?"

"Oh sorry I was practice infusing with different things." I said as I softly rubbed one of my furry ears.

"That's so cool!" Len was taking his hand up to my cat ears and he rubbed them. I couldnt help but to purr. Len laughed. "Neko Miku!" He called me. "When you have ears like this Ill called you Neko."

"Nya!" I meowed. We laughed. Today I found out Len was a cat person. Ill use this information to my advantage.
