Chris Argent pulled to a stop out the front of the school and locked the car doors as he examined the building. Allison slid across the back seat and went to open the door to let her and her cousin out only to find it locked, the brunette huffed and turned to look at her father,
"Dad. If you're going to insist on driving us to school you're going to have to let us get out of the car"

Chris examined the yard once again before turning to his sister,
"Kate, what's your opinion on home school?"

"Hmm, you know I'm more of a learn by doing type of girl" Kate answered with a small shrug.

Rory leant forwards, her head appearing between the pair as she said,
"Besides, she's never home enough to actually home school someone, anyway. Now, the question you should be asking her is, what is your opinion on a man that controls his daughter and niece's lives?"

Chris sent his niece an unimpressed look, one to which she responded with a grin. The man huffed before unlocking the doors causing Rory's grin to widen,
"Thank you"

"You're welcome" Chris grumbled back at her as she and Allison got out of the car.

"It's so weird" Allison commented as she, Lydia and Rory walked through the hallway towards their next class,
"Everyone's talking about what happened the other night, but nobody knows that it was us"

"Thank you to the protection of minors" Lydia chirped nonchalantly as she looped her arm through Rory's.

Allison bit down on her lip slightly before sighing,
"Do you guys think I made the wrong decision?"

"About that jacket with that dress?" Rory questioned, gesturing to her cousin's outfit with a raised eyebrow,
"Yes, I told you that before we left this morning"

Lydia nodded along with what her friend was saying nonchalantly causing Allison to huff out another sigh before clarifying what she meant,
"Come on, you know what I'm talking about"

"Hello, Scott locked us in a classroom and left us for dead" Lydia informed her friend bluntly before adding with a scoff,
"He's lucky we're not pressing charges or making him pay for our therapy bills"

"Please, my therapy is much too expensive" Rory joked slightly, although there was some seriousness to her words before she turned to her cousin,
"Okay, dude, you know we care for you, a whole lot, but that night was scary and awful and we should all just move forward from it, which includes but is not limited to, ignoring Scott. Come on, let's go"

Rory was going through her locker with Lydia hovering beside her, the two were talking about Scott and what happened the other night, and the sprouting dislike for him the resided in Rory's gut.

"Okay, so why don't you just tell her?" Lydia questioned in curiosity as she broke off a piece of the cookie that Rory had handed off to her, placing it in her mouth once she was finished speaking.

"Because, Allison is very sensitive and hard to talk to when she's upset and I have enough mental problems of my own, I don't need hers on top of it too" Rory explained with a huff,
"I am still in therapy three times a week, and her boyfriend, one that resembles a puppy, by the way, who locked us in a classroom while a killer was on the loose and didn't say a thing to anyone during or after the event, is not helping the fact that I am mentally scarred"
