This day couldn't be even brighter than Taehyung's smile that seemed to refuse to disappear in anytime soon. He checked himself in the mirror for the last time, fixing some strands of hair that looked a bit misplaced according to his sense.
He took a deep breath as he walked out of his room, grabbing the keys of Namjoon's car from the table in the middle of their living room. After begging for almost an hour last night, the older boy finally let him borrow his car for a day. That was of course after he made sure that Taehyung wouldn't bump even into a single mosquito.
Taehyung started the engine and then drove away from his house. His fingers slightly fidgeting on the steering wheel as he started to think about how he would spend the rest of the day with his precious girlfriend.
It's not like this is your first date Taehyung, calm down. He mumbled softly as he took a deep breath, soothing himself as he tried to concentrate on the road ahead. It took him about twenty minutes to reach Ha Neul's place and fortunately, he made it safely.
"Babe, I'm outside." Taehyung said through the phone once he parked his car.
"Why don't you just ring the bell?" Ha Neul chuckled in response.
"Thought I wanna surprise you, but nevermind. I'm heading to the front door right now." Taehyung said as he got out of the car after checking himself on the rear view mirror once again.
"I'll be there in a sec." Ha Neul stated as she descended the stairs and walked to the front door hurriedly before she opened it.
"Just take your time, it's o─" His eyes grew wider as he gasped the moment the door swung open.
"─kay..." His hand slowly dropped to the side as the phone call disconnected while his eyes scanning the girl in front of him from head to toe causing the girl felt nervous all of a sudden.
"Wh-what's wrong? I thought you would want me to wear the dress you gave me for my birthday but─"
"No, baby you're so beautiful I lost my word... Hold up a second." He tried not to let his jaw dropped to the ground as he looked at his girlfriend in amazement, taking the moment to appreciate what God had created just for him.
"S-seriously?" She bit her bottom lip as her cheeks blushed in pink.
"When am I not serious when it comes to you hmm?" He hummed as he pinched the tip of her nose lightly.
"I believe that. Now your wish had granted cause you finally see me in this dress. Are you happy now?" She scrunched her nose as she giggled.
"Well, totally. It's worth the wait. I'm so proud of myself. I mean look at you!" He announced proudly, a wide smile decorating his anime looking face.
"Yeah I still can't believe that you pick this dress for me." She smiled as she looked down at the beautiful white dress that fell just right above her knees.
