Chapter 42- "Hey Betty Cooper"

Betty woke up earlier then Archie in the morning and walked to her house.

It was like Betty's life was about to fall down on her but Archie was there holding it up.

Betty sighed and laid in her bed. I have to get a new look. She thought.

She called Vee and asked her to go shopping. She said yes, as Betty excepted. So Betty walked to the mall to meet her best friend..

"Hey girl!" Veronica said hugging Betty tightly.

Betty hugged back. It felt good to have her best friend in her arms again.

"You'll never believe what happen yesterday." Betty said as she felt a wave of sadness ride over her.

Betty began to explain the last 24 hours to her best friends.

"I'm so sorry Betty!" Veronica said.

"It's ok Vee" Betty said planting a smile on her face.

"Let's go get your hair done" she said smiling.

They walked into the hair store and a hour later she came out.

Betty's new hairstyle-

"OMG!" Veronica yelled making everyone in the hair dresser look at them.

Betty blushed. "Do you like it?"

"Yes! You look amazing!" Veronica said. 

"I'm glad your getting over Jughead." Veronica said smiling.

"Same" Betty giggled.

"Cmon let's go get out nails done and get a massage" Veronica said.

"Yay!" Betty said laughing.

Veronica laughed and pulled Betty to the nail salon.

After a hour and a half they had there nails done and they felt calm.

After a girls day at the mall they came out looking amazing.

Jughead's POV-
I was scrolling through Instagram and I saw Veronica sitting at a booth at pop's, across from her was a plain vanilla milkshake which meant Betty was there.

I jumped up and put on my serpent jacket. I didn't care that I didn't have my beanie one. I just needed to see Betty. (The Chapter Picture is basically what he looked like 😍😍😍)

'God what is this girl doing to me. I'm so fucking in love with her' Jughead thought to himself as he jogged into to pops.

Betty's POV-

I was sitting talking to Veronica when he walked in. He looked hotter then I've seen him. He look around the restaurant until we locked eyes. It was like when I first kissed him. My heart stopped. I couldn't breathe. He started walking towards. I couldn't do this. I ran past him and out the door but it was only a matter of seconds before my hand was caught in someone else's.

I turned around and saw Jughead. We just stared at each other for a while. Just like we did a few minutes ago in the restaurant.

"You look pretty" he said breaking the silence. "What happen to the old you?"

"I changed." I said trying to pull my hand away from his but he just grabbed my other hand.

We started staring again. His hair was messy, like he just got out of his bed. He had his serpent jacket on and a plain white shirt. He looked amazing. Actually he looked hot as hell.

He lifted my chin up. "Hey Betty Cooper" He said.

"Hey Jughead Jones" I said.

He pulled me right against him and stared at my eyes. His beautiful green eyes always made me fall back in love with him.

"I love you, Betty" Jughead said.

"I love you too, Jughead" I replied before being pulled into a deep kiss.

It felt so right.
