The Lightvales

Nick's P.O.V

            I opened the door to revealed Agate and Copper Lightvale both wearing their normal oufit. Agate wearing her orange dress and Copper wearing her red clothes underneath her iron armour. "Hey, Nick! Long time no see." Agate said happily. "Yeah, how are you?" Copper asked after Agate.

            "Hey, yeah. Long time no see." I said smilling while scratching the back of my neck. "And Copper, I'm alive and still weight less than my dad." I answered her question.

            Copper chuckled while Agate squinted her eyes at me. "So, are the others here?" Copper asked trying to see behind me. "Yup, they all are here. Well, mostly anyways. I mean some of our mind might be somewhere else. Like myself, I've been having spacing out alot lately." I said than sticking out my tongue.

            Copper was about to chuckled again but a voice cuts her off. "U-uhm, is? Is this my cousin?" A sweet and childish voice said. The voice reminded me the Bête girl I saw in my dreams. "Huh? Well, who's that?" I asked and kneeled down since the voice seemed to be from a child.

            "H-hello, I-I'm Amber." She said while peeking her head from behind of Agate's dress. "Hey, Nick. This is Amber, a new family members of us." Agate said.

            "Hmm, a new member, eh? Well, hello there Amber. My name is Nick and about your question, I guess you could call me your cousin if you want." I answered while holding out my hand towards Amber. Amber slowly revealed herself, she was the same as Bête in my dream but... her eyes was green and her hair was blue, giving hints that her soul might be both Integrity and Kindness. Which is very rare to see. The same couldn't be said about her hair style and clothes tho, she has the same hair style as Bête and was wearing the same clothes Bête was wearing but was instead green.

            The reason I let her call me her cousin is because the Lightvales and my family, the Winterway are very close. "So, little Amber why did you came here?" I asked. Amber was about to say something when Agate cut her.

            "Actually, we're here because we wanted to let Amber see her 'cousin'. " Agate said and Amber nodded happily. "Well then, come in."

            Agate and Amber walked while smiling sweetly at me, I just scratched my back and smile sheepishly. Copper came in a little bit after but stopped infront of me and said "Can I..... talk with you? Privately?" I nodded my head and pointed to my room, "Sure but... let them know Amber first." She nodded in agreement.

            She came in and I followed behind her after I closed the door. "Well, who is this little one? Is this your little sister?" Jack asked happily.

            "Yeah, she is." Copper said as she came nearer to the Amber. "Amber, this is Jack, the youngest amongst your cousin."

"Hello, Jack. I hope you like to draw." Amber said softly.

"I don't like to draw. I love it!" Jack exclaimed enthusiastically.

            "Well, how about you two go and draw together, that'll be fun, right?" Nina suggested. Amber and Jack went to Nina's room to draw since Nina has the most coloring material amongst the four of us.

            "So, now that we're all here. Why did you guys came here?" Lance asked trying to act oblivious to the fact that Copper has something to talk with us.

            "Copper here wanted to talk with Nick, she says its important. I just wanted to see you guys since its been awhile since we met." Agate said while taking a seat on the couch.
