The mean character:
Let's get something straight, not all mean girls have blonde hair and blue eyes. It gets annoying when you constantly do that, like, maybe they have gorgeous red or black hair, or, pricing green or brown eyes?
To make a mean character simple:
1. Go to Google
2. Type up insults
3. Have him/her spit it out, right, left, center (meaning all the time)
4. Don't let him/her have blond(e) hair and blue eyes
5. Make him/her trip the main character occasionally or have him/her do some act of violence
See, was that hard? Its very simple to make non-cliche mean character.
