Chapter 24: Hints

I woke up in our dorm. I don't remember what happened after I read the note from that arrow. Actually I didn't wake up...someone woke me up. It was Angie. She was wearing a pink gown. It was simple but elegant. And then I realized that there was an aqcuaintance party.

"Angie, how did I get here?" I asked her. Yes, I don't remember anything. She looked at me confused.

"Uhm, don't you remember? Matt brought you here. But before I explain, hurry up! You still have 2 hours to prepare for the party!" She pulled me fast and lead me into the walk in closet of mine. She said that I should pick a gown with a simple color. She also said that I don't have to wear a dress that's the same color as me.

There were so many dresses that It took me almost half an hour! At the corner of the room, I saw  a lovely pastel purple colored dress. It had silver beads everywhere. It was not that 'gorgeous' but it was still elegant and pretty overall.

I dressed myself up. If your wondering why no one helped me, it's because there are no zippers in this world. They don't even know what they are. So they use garters instead of zippers.

I looked at myself in the mirror. I was flustered when I saw myself in the dress. I was...beautiful.

I fixed my hair. It was just a simple ponytail with some strands of my hair left on the sides. I curled my hair and then put some simple touches. I put some lip tint on my lips and I was finished. Yes, there's definitely lip tints here.

I went out the closet and I saw Angie staring at me. Her eyes were sparkling...probably because of those beads in my dress. When I got closer to her she grabbed my hand and pulled me outside. It wasn't a hard pull, it was more like a sign for me to 'go' with her.

While we were walking in the hallway, there were boys in the corridors. Probably because their suits are easier ro wear than our big and fluffy gowns. They were staring at us like it was their first time seeing gorls in gowns.

We were walking peacufully while chatting with each other when someone grabbed my hand from the left. I looked at who it was and I saw Matt. He smiled at me and then he looked at my dress. I looked at his face while looking at me...his face was so humble that he might even tempt an evil witch into coming with him.

We were walking peacefully until we heard the music from inside the main hall. We continously walked to the main hall until we reached our destination. The two large doors were opened and the music was heard until the end of the hallway.

We went inside and went straight to the part where there were chairs. We sat on th chairs we saw and we sat silently, waiting for the headmistress to go up the stage and start the party.

Minutes later, we saw the headmistress walking on the stairways. We shut our mouths and sat straight in fright of being scolded by the headmistress. The headmistress grapped the microphone (Yes, a microphone...remember the watches and stuff?).

"Welcome my dear students! As you can see, the party is about to start so this won't take long..." she paused for a moment and then continued her speech.

"...so let us now start our party!" She ended her speech with a loud greeting of 'Enjoy'. I went with Angie to the food stalls to get some food. But Matt insisted that he'll give me food. So I waited at a table we chose a while ago.

I waited for minutes and then Agie came. She brought many kinds of dishes on her plate. She had chicken, rice, spaghetti, etc. She was eating more food for her size. She was like a...hot and sexy diva at the same time and at the same moment.

I waited for more minutes but Matt still wasn't back.  Until suddenly...

"ALL STUDENTS GO BACK TO YOUR DORMS NOW."
