The next day you went to the park and Tyler didn't show up. You texted him asking where he was.
"I took Cassidy on a date."
He replied.
You felt tears sweltering in your eyes. He never blew you off. But you guess you deserved it since you blew him off.
"Hey...why so glum?"
You looked up at a guy standing above you. It wasn't Tyler.
"Oh...uh...nothing I'm just, I dunno..."
You said.
"Can I sit?"
The guy asked.
"Of course."
You replied.
Today was cloudy.
"My name's Josh."
The guy held out is hand for you to shake and you did so slowly.
"I'm (y/n)."
You replied.
"Do you know Tyler Joseph?"
You asked.
"Yeah! He's my friend! Do you?"
He asked.
"Yeah, he's my friend too...he told me about you."
I smiled.
"Oh he told me about you (y/n)!"
Josh replied.
"Small world."
He said.
You smiled.
Josh and you spent the day talking and hanging out. He made you forget all about Tyler.
