Parents (July 31st)

Tyler was going to meet your parents today. He was coming at 12pm for lunch.

The day went by quickly and soon it was time.

"He's here!"

You shouted to your parents before opening the door.

"Hey (Y/N)."

Tyler said kissing you on the cheek.

"Hey, come in."

You said.

"Mom, Dad, this is my boyfriend Tyler. Tyler these are my parents, (your parents names)."

You said.

"Hey, it's nice to meet you guys."

Tyler said shaking your parents hands.

"Oh (Y/N) he's cute!"

Your mom exclaimed.

"I know."

You replied.

You guys sat down at the table and began to eat.

"So, Tyler, tell us about yourself."

Your dad said.

"Well, I'm in a band with my best friend Josh, I'm the singer and he's the drummer, and I'm 29 years old..."

Tyler said.

"So this band, is it a Well known band or a small wanna be band?"

You dad asked.

"Dad!"

You shouted.

"No, no it's okay, uh have you ever heard of Twenty Øne Piløts?"

Tyler asked.

"Oh yeah! That Stressed Out song was so popular remember (your dad's name)?!"

Your mom exclaimed.

"Yeah, that's us."

Tyler said.

"Oh so you're famous?"

You dad asked.

Tyler nodded.

"Who made this food?"

Tyler asked.

"I did."

Your mom said.

"I can see where (Y/N) got her cooking skills from this is delicious!"

Tyler said.

You laughed.

"Thank you I'm glad you like it."

Your mom smiled.

The four of you talked for a little while longer before Tyler had to leave.

Later that night you talked to your parents about him.

"So do you guys like him?"

You asked.

"Who Thomas?"

Your dad asked.

"Tyler!"

You said in an irritated tone.

"I'm just messing with you I know his names Tyler, and yeah. We do."

Your dad said.
