Part 14

Raleigh's POV

I always knew when something was up with her, she didn't want me to know about something. I just want to make sure she is ok, But I really hope she will end up telling me because I just want to keep her safe.

Jenna's POV

Raleigh had left my room so I just laid down on my bed alone and gave myself time to think until I had to go get into Glory, I don't know how I was going to keep this a secret from people. Raleigh, Kienna, my family, and others as well. I am also worried about Pentecost, his whole reputation is on the line. He has worked with this company for his whole life.

The most important thing for me right now is keeping my friends and family safe, If Kienna were to find out that she would just be freaked out, and Raleigh would end up not wanting me to get into it because he doesn't want me ending up getting hurt.

Soon the clock ended up turning 2:30 am most of the people were hopefully sleeping, which was very weird around here, most of us never slept until we have too. I walked out of my room in my blue army pants, with my boots, and a pullover hoodie which was Raleigh's hoodie which still had the smell of his cologne.

It only took me about 5 minutes to get over to the piloting area, which I met with Tendo and Stacker.

"You ready Ms. Pickles" Stacker said to me.

I pulled my hood off to reveal the cornrows and the little undercut on the back of the head where it met my neck, it was two zigzags going horizontally across.

"As ready as I will ever be," I said.

They both nodded and Tendo came and gave me a hug. He was like almost like an older brother to me, like how Yancy an Ethan was. We both split ways and Pentecost and Tendo went to the pit while I made my way down the ramp and to find Glory, I made my way to the head and took off the outer layer of my clothes. I wasn't naked I had on tight spandex leggings and my sports bra.

The armor I was in was a jet black colour and fit pretty nice I would say. I put my remaining clothes on the side bench where most people leave them. I grabbed one of the helmets and made my way inside,

"You ready?" Tendo said over the mic which connected to the head of Glory.

I strapped to the one piolet place and I felt the connection once again. I looked over at the right side of me where another piolet is supposed to be standing,

"Ready," I said.

I clicked on a few switches and some specific lights turned on to let me know that we were up and running.

"Neutral Handshake in 10 seconds" Tendo said into the Mic.

I let my mind drift into absolute nothing to ready myself,
