Get To The Breach

Part 29

-A few hours later-

I made my way back to my room to take off my belt and get ready to go to the students residence. I'm wearing my black and blue army pants along with my black army boots my slightly ripped grey tank top and my hair down in beach waves. It only took me around 15 minutes to walk down the the shelter. I could see from the start of the hallway that the door was open. I knocked and there was Pentecost and Tendo standing there.
"Speak of the devil here is your leader" Tendo explained and faced me.
"Am I really that bad Tends" I laughed and punched his shoulder playfully.
"Soldiers meet your leader, Jenna Pickles" Pentecost explained.
There was 3 that were in shock you could see and the other two that just stood there.
Jake Pentecost and Nate Lambert
"Good to see you boys again" I said speaking directly to them.
"Good to see you again Picks" Jake said
"Werid seeing your dad again?"
"Forsure" he nodded
"Still so shy Nate" I said making eye contact with him.
"Just surprised to see you here and now my leader" he said
"You take my orders now Mr " I said.
He said nothing but still made eye contact.
After a few more minutes of lecture Pentecost left along with Tendo behind him. I stayed there.
"Get in line soldiers" I said.
Surprisingly I didn't have to yell.  Maybe I looked scary.
"For now on you call my Pickles. I am your leader and your instructor. I am the first female pilot, twin brother you may have heard of him Ethan Pickles, and other shit you should probably know by now, did Pentecost tell you?"
They all nodded.
"Sweet, everyone get some rest. We will be working tomorrow" I turned around and left. I closed their steel barn door and walked down the hallway back to my room.

When I got to my room o was met with my lovely boyfriend leaning against my door waiting for me. Since he knew I would be done with the new kids by now.
"Well well, if it isn't my girlfriend" he said smiling
"And if it isn't my handsome boyfriend "

I received I nice little kiss on my cheek and made my way into my room.
"How were the group" he asked hand wrapped around my waist.
"They were Ok, Nate and Jake are back" I said playing with the little end hairs on this neck.
"O Really, I remember Nate liking you back in the day" he smirked
"Well I guess he doesn't have a chance now" I laughed and let go of his neck.
"I have to get some rest Rals, I'll see you tomorrow?" I said while opening my door for him.
"You bet. Goodnight gorgeous" he said and gave me a kiss goodnight.
I closed my door when I saw him make his way down the hallway probably on his way to do more work.
