Part 21

The head lifted up and I began to walk over to the peer.
I had beat a Kaiju. I had killed a Kaiju.
By my self.

This is so crazy.

Once I reached the peer. I walked to the opening of the facility. Glory was then put into some stands and taken out on the water.

I walked out of the machine and out into the peer where everyone was waiting. I still had my armour on so I decided to take it off for right now.

I walked out and as soon as I was close to everyone he ran up to me.

"Where the hell were you" Raleigh asked me.

He seeing my bloody marks on my face. A big gash above my right eyebrow and a few bloody scratches on my left cheek.

I made a long pause. I didn't know what to say. What was I going to tell him. How was he going to react.

This all was just a huge mistake.

I let my stress take over and I ran back into the building.

I heard my name being yelled loud behind me, he was trying to catch me, but he stopped. I looked back seeing confusion on his face.

I didn't want to put him through this pain, and all this bullshit.

My life was just overall a struggle to deal with.

It didn't take long for me to get back to my room with the speed I was sprinting at.
I shut my door and slid down my door.
I slid to small tears making their way to my cheeks.

I heard a small knock on my door heard the voice of the man behind it.

"Jenna, are you there" Raleigh said.

He tried to unlock the door, but since I had locked it earlier he couldn't get in.

I walked over to my mirror and looked at myself,

Then looked over to my left to my small night stand and saw the small riffle laying in the small box it was placed in.

I picked up the riffle, I gripped it on the dark leather grip.

I loaded it.
