Maki opened the door to her favorite cafe to meet Kaede, and there she was sitting there waiting
Maki walked over and sat across from her "Hey" she said, tired since she got to bed later then usual
"Good Morning! You seem tired, you okay Maki?" Kaede asked
"Yeah I'm tired, I'll be fine" Maki replied
"Why are you so tired?" Kaede asked
"Did you forget? I had to go hang out with that ass last night, oh yeah shockingly I wasn't taken to a cult or some shady place, but anyway he asked questions for hours"
"Where did you go then? And questions??" Kaede asked
A second later a waiter came and took their order
"I was brought to a park" Maki replied
Kaede looked dumbfound "A Park? Just a park?" She asked
Maki nodded "just a park, I know I was pretty shocked too, and he pretty much asked me questions the whole time"
"What kind of questions?" Kaede asked
"Questions about me, he said 'So I know you, so then it'll be easy to get you to fall for me'" Maki told her
"And you actually answered?!" Kaede asked
"Yeah, but don't worry about it, with that cocky attitude of his, he could never win, as if I could ever, EVER like someone like him" Maki reassured Kaede
Kaede had an unconvinced look on her face but smiled and nodded "I trust you"
"Good" Maki replied, it was peaceful, keyword Was. For a few minutes then with her luck
"Maki-" Kaede said motioning Maki to turn around, when she did, she saw him, and his shitty friends waking towards the door
"Let's Go" Maki decided and stood up
"We have to pay" Kaede reminded her
"Shit right.., well damn" Maki replied sitting back down
"It's a long shot but I guess we just hope they don't not-" with that Maki was cut off
"Look who it is! It's Maki and Kayayday!!" The snobby voice of Kokichi said as we walked and stood in front of the small booth
Maki's head fell and hit the table "why" she asked herself why now, why today, why them
"Fancy seeing you guys here" Korekiyo said
"Go away" Kaede scoffed
Then Maki felt someone sit next to her, then she felt an arm around her, her head shot up, of course it was Kaito
"Hey Maki, my best friend" he said to piss her off
"If you don't get away from me in 10 seconds I'll use my pepper spray" Maki threatened, and it worked Kaito got up and backed off
"God Kaito I can't believe you have to deal with a person like her" Shuichi mumbled to Kaito
Annoyed Kaede stood up "what the hell do you guys want huh?!"
"Blondie has fire" Shuichi said pissing Kaede off even more
"We Just came to say hello, you guys don't have to get all defensive" Kaito replied
"Fuck off" Maki responded glaring at them
"Okay Okay, Whatever you say" Kaito replied then they turned and walked off
As Kiibo left he turned to us 'I'm sorry' he mouthed as Kokichi dragged him away
Kaede sat down and calmed down "I can't help but feel bad for Kiibo, being dragged around by those dicks" Kaede mumbled
"I agree, it's obvious he doesn't wanna be there, but Kokichi is obviously set on making him miserable" Maki replied
"Let's pay and go, I don't wanna be here with them any longer, and it's Saturday we shouldn't have to deal with them today" Kaede decided
Maki nodded in agreement, so they paid and left "See you later" Maki said as she got into her car
"Bye Maki!" Kaede smiled as she got into her car as well
Once Kaede she got home she flopped into her bed and groaned "Maki.." she mumbled worried about her friend
